"W-What are you talking about? heh..." I say awkwardly. Why is he so quick?

"That bag. It's from Niki right?" Jake says louder this time. 

"Yea.. He gave it to me earlier." I say avoiding his eye contact. He starts giggling like crazy so I finally look up at him. 

"Why are you laughing??" I ask shyly. 

"Nothing, your just so cute." Jake says abruptly. 

"You simp.... Anyway want some candy? There's a lot!" I say opening Niki's bag. I am still mad at Niki... Yes...

"I'll be a simp for you any day. And yes. Give me candy!" Jake says making me hit his shoulder with tons of force. 

"Okay what do you want?" I ask. He looks through the bag in aw, and picks out some pieces happily. 

"Hyejin." I hear a deep voice say from above me as I am cleaning up my desk. I look up to see Niki hovering over me. 

"Niki? Why are you here the teacher is gonna come soon." I say coldly. I put the bag of candy he gave me sheepishly. 

"I just wanted to see you. And Jake, stay away from Hyejin." Niki says while pushing Jake's chair with his foot easily. 

The classroom becomes dead silent to watch this mysterious scene. 

"Geez bro, you're head over heels for Hyejin huh?" Jake says pushing Niki's very short patience. 

"Jake don't cause another problem. And Niki just go sit down." I say like a mother. 

"No! Your not my mom!" Jake says in a baby voice making me cringe at him. 

"Anything for you, princess." Niki says, trying to act cool. Everyone starts cheering and clapping once again as Niki goes and sits down. Why is everyone so nosey?

"Okay everyone, have a good lunch!" the teacher says making everyone run out of the classroom quickly. I rub my head and slowly close my eyes as my head started hurting a while ago. 

Did I have breakfast? Wait no I didn't. I realized I just like never have breakfast. Welp, that's probably why I'm always so tired and drained. 

"Hyejin are you coming?" Jukyung says while locking arms with Sunghoon. Those two-

"You two love birds are making me worse for sure." I say sarcastically. Jake pats my back softly as Jukyung speaks. 

"Are you okay? You seem sick. Your not as sarcastic as usual." Jukyung says making Sunghoon laugh at her crippling joke. 

"Sunghoon, that was the worst joke ever. Anyway, all you backstabbers except Jake, I have an after school shitty thing so I guess I'm not going home anytime soon." I say while groaning. 

"Sorryyy! But I really didn't want to do it. Also I have to watch Sunghoon perform at the festival so..." Jukyung says. 

I angerly slam my fist on my desk and shout "YAH! THE PERFORMANCES ARE AFTER THE FOOD THINGY. YOU JUST DIDN'T WANT TO WORK!!"

She laughs along with Sunghoon and Jake. I can literally feel my blood boiling. 

I rub my growling stomach but I don't have a appetite. I am always hungry but nauseous so I can't eat. It's so annoying. 

I notice Niki sitting in the corner of the room, but shortly leaving after we started talking. 

"Okay, up up Hyejin. Let's go. You never eat, so I will force feed you if I have too." Jake says while carefully pulling my arm up. 

I groan and allow him to take my arm. 

"Okay let's go!!" Jukyung says while rushing in front of me and Jake, with Sunghoon interlocked with her arm. 

"So Jake, were you finally able to court Hyejin?" Sunghoon says while slowing his steps. 

"uhm that's a long story but no. We decided to stay friends..." jake says while gleaming his bright smile at me. 

"It was def because of Niki. HAHA!! Jake was gonna risk it all for you. Anyone could tell!" Jukyung says while laughing. 

"Just shut it." Jake says embarrassed. 

We arrive at the lunchroom, with hollering students, as always, and Jake makes me sit down next to Sunoo while he gets food for me. That dummy...

"Hyejin!! You look so tired. Are you okay? Is it Jake? Is he annoying you? I can beat him up for you!" Sunoo says while examining my face. 

"haha no. I just haven't ate in while so I'm lightheaded. And I'm mad at you! I have to go to that stupid meeting because of you!!" I explain. He pouts and starts laughing like crazy. 

I rest my head on the table just until Jukyung and Jake comes but I hear a bang on the table like something got dropped. 

I look up, expecting one of my friends but unexpectedly I see Niki and a bunch of his friends standing next to me. 

I see a pile of what looks like, snacks, sandwiches, and drinks. Wtf? Niki is standing there taking all the compliments and cool looks from other people like he just saved a person from dying. 

"uh. What the fuck is this, may I ask?" I say looking at the giant pile of snacks. I look thoroughly at them and see about 8 of Niki's friends.   

"I heard you didn't eat breakfast like usual. Here." Niki says, acting cool although he looks super excited?

"Since when have you been this nice. pfffff" I say angerly. Who is he to act so lovey dovey, after double timing me?

"oooo that's tough bro. Let's go." one of Niki's friends say, while leaving with the others. Finally! They were so annoying. 

"I-" Niki says before he gets interrupted. 

"Hyejin! I brought you food- Niki? ugh. What is all this stuff??" Jukyung says before sitting down on the bench next to me. 

I laugh and see Jake and Sunghoon with extra confused faces. 

"Move. Your in my way." Jake says while pushing Niki's shoulder harshly, to sit right next to me. 

"Fuck off. Anyway, Hyejin see you later!" Niki says to Jake and me. 

"Is he bipolar? How can he be so cold to Jake then a sweetheart to you? HAHA it's like he's a heartless sweetheart just for Hyejin." Sunghoon says while sitting down. 

"nah my boy, he is just deeply in love with Hyejin." Jake says while giggling. This conversation is everything except what I want to be in.

School finishes after a couple of boring as hell, classes, and I have the stupid meeting because of Sunoo. -_-

I walk to the café with a cold breeze on my face, and a face full of regret. I have to do stupid extra work for school just because of Sunoo. I'm gonna kill that dude one day!

I walk into the nearby café and the doors bell rings as I walk in. I sigh deeply and look around for the festival meeting students. 

I look and see in a special corner, some commotion, from what I see. I notice a crowd of people, who look quite familiar. Wait. That's the school uniform? Waittt that's Mijoo from class?

Who is causing this commotion?

I curiously look to see two tall figures. Me and my nosey self, decides to come closer and see who it is. 

"Jake, stop being such a arrogant and ignorant person, and stop your big act." I hear a deep voice. WHAT?? JAKE?? WTF??
