Chapter 31: Cyber Trap - Vs. Azap

Ragammia soon arrived in cyberspace, mirroring the area where a city had been attacked right before his commanders turned on him.
"I'm detecting a large, immobile energy signature some distance away. I'll mark it down so you can follow it, and maybe get lucky enough to find Azap there." Said Dimitri.
"Thanks. We should really free Athena and Gaia after this, though. I can't take my mind off them and what Creis is doing to them..."
"Ragammia, focus on the mission. I don't believe that we'll be able to free them until Velga and Mateo are done scouting." Said Dimitri.
"Okay...I'm moving ahead." Said Ragammia, dashing on the prismatic ground as he came to a floating section of ground resembling a highway. After jumping onto it, however, a number of portals suddenly opened up and a bunch of familiar-looking mechanoids emerged from them.
"They look just like the ones I met last time Azap was in charge..." he commented as he scanned them.

A Tasertron modified by Dr. Creis that possesses more speed than its older model.

A battle immediately erupted between the troops and Ragammia as the Investigator began blasting the irises of the Cyberclopses while he avoided the quick blaster shots from the new Tasertrons. But he was not expecting to get hit by one of them, which led to him taking damage when he forgot to protect himself.
"Obviously Creis made them stronger..." He said, jumping back before sliding under a Tasertron and slashing it in the back before blasting the other enemies as fast as he could. Although he had difficulties with the guarding Cyberclopses, he managed to blast all the Mavericks to pieces before dashing forward once again.
"Ragammia, have you considered keeping your Knight Armor on? You didn't have it on when you fought the mid boss, infiltrated the battleship, or when the elevator nearly destroyed your leg!" Said Dimitri, her voice getting louder at the end of her sentence.
"I didn't think of using it." Said Ragammia.
"Besides, I feel confident with the abilities I have."
"I know you do, Ragammia." The navigator responded.
"But we can't take any chances with this war. You have to come back alive with your friends, Ragammia. We can't lose you..."
"Dimitri...I'm not going to die." Said Ragammia.
"And that goes for Gaia and the others too." The hero then switched to his Knight Armor and continued his journey through cyberspace. Jumping off the floating highway before jumping onto another floating chunk of it below. He then looked around the platform he was standing on to verify where he would head next, but there were so many floating platforms and buildings that confused him and forced him to ask for help.
"Dimitri, I don't know where to go next. I'll send you the scan data of the surrounding area." Said Ragammia, charging his scanner and scanning the area. A few seconds later, Dimitri had an answer for him.
"There's a warp point that will take you to a wide platform high in the sky in a building below the floating platforms. I'll mark it for you, but be careful of the enemies trying to stop you." She responded.
"I will." Ragammia Said as he jumped down the platforms one by one. However, more Cyberclopses began teleporting into the area as Ragammia advanced toward the building below, forcing him to jump faster as he blasted the enemies behind him. However, even when he was nearing the building, the Cyberclopses continued to pursue him as he occasionally looked backwards to fire at them.
"They're still on my tail!" He yelled.
"Wait...that's it! Dimitri, send me my griffon disguise!"
"I'm on it!" She exclaimed, Ragammia receiving the data almost immediately before using it to transform. The transformation was quite similar to a hippogriff, except his back legs and lower torso shifted into that of a lion's, while a lion tail grew out of his back.
"Alright, time to retaliate!" Said Ragammia, flying back towards the Cyberclopses. Unlike his hippogriff disguise, Ragammia's griffon disguise had more flight speed and less physical power which he used to quickly blitz the enemies and deleted them by scratching them in the eyes.
"Ha ha...yeah! Now that's what I'm talking about!" He Said, pumping his fist in the air as he soared down to the building and transformed back to his Knight Armor before entering.
"Wait! It's a trap!" Yelled Dimitri. But Ragammia was a little too late as the open door shut behind him as a mechaniloid with just two giant eyes and hands materialized into the room.
"So much for avoiding damage..." Grunted Ragammia, scanning the mechaniloid.
