"No......no......NO"

'Hmm that's not a normal conversation to be having at 2 a.m. Welp not my problem.' I thought as I walked down the hallway back to my room. I had just gotten off a stupid ass shift with Valintino, so I just want to grab Fat Nuggets and go to bed.

As I got closer to the noise I started to recognize that it was Vaggie's voice talking and she was getting more aggressive with her talking, but I couldn't hear what she was saying now, just the no's. I was just about to pass her door as I heard a shriek, and I recognized that shriek. I heard it enough times when I woke up.

I decided that I'll go make sure she isn't in danger then leave, as I open the door I see a figure shaking under the covers. I looked around a little. All I can see is a bed, dresser, desk that was covered with paper, a photo of Vaggie and Charlie, and Vaggie's spear leaning near the bed. I start to walk towards the bed, hoping that I don't spook her to badly.

Once I reached the bed I sat down and tried to wake her up. She bolted up once my hand skimmed her. I got one look at her face, covered in tears, and brought her slowly into a hug. She broke down into my arms.

I'm starting to think this is what Cherri feels like when I do this. I really got to thank her. I pushed that thought back and started to comfort Vaggie. Rubbing her back and talking quietly. Saying things like "It's okay" "I've got you" "I promise I won't leave"

She started talking rapidly telling me that they were right there, their hands were on her, and that she couldn't escape. She soon switched languages and I'm glad for that as she was still crying, but it was much harder as she kept going.

I told her that she can keep crying on me, but we should probably shift so she's more comfortable. She looked up and said to me "You won't leave me too, right?" I wanted to start crying right then. "No, no, no. I'm right here. We're just moving so you can lay down. I'm not leaving." She started to shift a little, so I moved too, keeping my hands on her. Trying as we move to comfort her.

As we finally get situated with me against the headboard/pillows and her using my chest as a pillow. She was starting to calm down. I thanked Lucifer that she was calming down. She looked up at me with wide eyes and asked "Why did you do that?" I just looked down at her as I spoke "I've been here a time or two" She looked like she was ready to start breaking down again, but pulled herself together.
