Maki blushed softly as she held the small box wrapped in purple paper close to her as she walked down the hall of JJK tech, today was her best friend's birthday Yuta, which usually didn't mean anything since she didn't get anybody gifts but he was different

She couldn't explain it but she was excited and happily went into town to find the boy the perfect present,

She stood in front of his door shyly unsure if he would even except the gift she bit her lip and wondered if her girlish crush on him was too much and if she would make a fool out of herself for this

Before she could run away the dark greenish grey haired boy had already opened the door, he titled his head wondering why the green haired women was at his door, "hey Maki what's up?" He asked worried something might have happened to her

Maki blushed and didn't meet his eyes for a bit as she hid the present beside her back "I-uh, well I know today is your birthday" she began unsure how to tell him why she was there

Yuta raised an eyebrow "yes I know, Yuji and me were gonan go to an arcade and drink ourself silly, I can't believe you remembered you usually don't care for this type of stuff" he admitted touched his best friend remembered him as he gave her a soft smile

Maki blushed suddenly feeling horrible for waisting his time she fixed her glasses and coughed before talking "yes well, your important to me so-of course I remembered" she began before pushing the present so hard into his chest that she almost made both of them fall

Yuta at first didn't understand until he noticed she was holding something, his eyes shinning as he happily took the present from her and held it close "you got me a present?!! Man I Truely am the luckiest man alive" he gushed beyond happy that she had done all that

Maki blushed more trying to act like it was no big deal as she crossed her arms over her chest "tsk it's nothing really just a small gift what type of friend would I be if I didn't do something for you?" She mumbled her heart pounding in her chest at the sight of his smile all because of her

Without another word Yuta opened it he couldn't believe it the book and set of movies he had talked to her about none stop laid there in his arms he was so happy she had remembered she had listened

He leaned over and kissed her forehead smiling even brighter then before "Maki I Sware your the best!!" He gushed before placing the items on the ground and happily lifting her up and spinning her around for a bit he was on a high all because of his crush

Maki held onto him she wasn't that thrilled about hights but she wouldn't admit that her heart was pounding out of her chest as she was surrounded by his smell and warmth maybe she, should get him things more often this was very much worth it,

Yuta after a bit set her down blushing himself both quiet as they happily stared into each other's eyes Yuta was about to say something when Yuji interrupted

"Hey man ready?" The pink headed man asked not even mentioning what he had just witnessed as he approached the pair

Maki booked it as far away from Yuta as she could trying to calm herself after what had just happened

Yuta smiled and nodded gently kissing Maki's cheek not caring if his friend saw the sweet moment between the two of them as he winked at her and smiled "see you later Maki! Thanks again!!" He called as he followed the male down the hallway and towards the exit so they could go hang out

Once out of sight Maki feel onto her butt clutching her chest as she trying to calm her breathing and heart she was suppose to not act like this yet once gesture from him and she fell apart, she got up dusting herself off before going to talk to Nobura she didn't usually like gossip but she needed help when it came to that boy
