"You dare disturb my sleep?" Lucas asked, standing up with his eyes glinting menacingly. Penelope rolled her eyes before standing up herself.

"Geez. The least you can do is help me up to my feet, you're so rude you know that." Penelope replied, rolling her eyes and patting off the grass that clung to her dress.

Lucas stared questioningly at this brown-haired woman who had the gall to wake him up, "How'd you find me anyway?"

'Huh. His dialogue is quite different from the manhwa.'

"I didn't find you, the squirrel did." Penelope replied, fanning herself.

"Squirrel? Nevermind don't answer that. You look like you've got mana, mind if I eat it?" He asks, lips forming a smirk, and taking few steps closer till his face and Penelope's are mere inches apart.

Penelope's eyebrows twitched at the absolute gall of this cocky man, and not long after, a resounding *thwack* echoed throughout their surroundings.

"The hell, woman? Why'd you do that?!" Lucas cried, clutching his head that Penelope thwacked with her fan.

"You're intruding on my personal space, Mister." Penelope replied.

"You're the only one who has the guts to do this to me. Others would've thrown their selves on my feet, already." Lucas said, crossing his arms and raising a brow at her.

Penelope rolled her eyes, "Well, I am not 'others'. So, pardon me for not being like them."

"You're quite interesting, I won't eat your mana for now. Maybe I'll see you later." Lucas said, cocking his head to the side before smirking and disappearing in a flash.

'Oh shoot, I forgot to ask for his help. Would he help me though? He better, because whacking him is always an option.'

[Host. He can probably snap you in two.]

'I know, but he didn't. So why bother?'

[Sometimes your confidence awes me, Host.]

'Thanks.'

Penelope turned around to likely go back to the Imperial Palace before her sister as well as cousin will notice that she's nowhere to be found.

Penelope can now see the Emerald Palace as she walks closer to it, when suddenly a sword got pointed at her neck, making her stop.

'Gosh! I nearly got my head cut off!'

"Who are you, and what are you doing here?" An intimidating voice asked that clearly belongs to Felix Robane, Penelope sighs before bringing up her pointer finger and pushing the blade of the sword away.

"One step more, and I would've been beheaded. Is this how you greet ladies, Lord Robane?" Penelope asked calmly, staring at the cut that she got from pushing the blade away.

'Wow, his blade's sharp.'

[That's really your reaction, Host?]

Penelope watched as blood dripped from her finger down to the grassy field, she then, looked at Felix who still seems to be on guard but is quickly looking concerned at her wound.

"O-Oh, I'm sorry! Please let me clean that cut for you, Lady?" Felix offered hesitantly, taking a step closer and reaching for Penelope's wounded finger. Penelope allowed the redhead to do as he pleases and watched as he bandaged up her finger.

"Do you always bring gauze and disinfectant with you, Lord Robane?" Penelope asks, eyeing the items on his hand.

"A-Ah, it's quite required for us knights," Felix replied, scratching his chin lightly with his finger before looking at Penelope, "You seem to know of me, but I do not quite recall your name, Miss."
