"We're here!" Ian announced, everybody got out of the van. When Mia walked into Blockbuster she felt a chill while opening the door.

"So what movie are we getting? Mia asked.

"Nightmare of Elm Street" Ian said with another one of his winks.

　

"So cliché." Danny said.

"I think it's a great pick Ian" Mia smiled at her cousin.

　

"Thank you!" Ian smiled back at Mia, then turned and stuck his tongue out at Danny.

　

"Okay, fine. I'll go get popcorn." Danny said, then walked over to the aisle filled with junk food.

Chase went with Ian to go search for the movie. Mia just stood there browsing at the DvD's until her phone vibrated, It was a text message from none other than Logan. It read 'R U coming to movie night??" Mia felt breathing on her neck that sent a chill down her spine, She whipped around to see Danny looking over her shoulder with four packets of microwave popcorn in his hands.

"Well, You're obviously going right?" Danny said.

"Uh.. Yeah" Mia replied and took a step away from Danny to text Logan back.

Mia: Yea, are u?

Logan: Now I am :))

Mia smiled at the text feeling nervous but excited to see Logan. Ian and Chase came back with movie in hand.

"I got ittt!" said Ian, waving the DvD in the air. "Now we go pick up the others." Ian went to the check out and rented the movie, Afterwards everyone got back into the beat up dark blue van. They drove past the library so Mia knew that they were heading to Logan's. They arrived and Ian parked next to the curb in front of Logan's house.

　

"He texted that they'll be out in a minute." Iam said looking back at Mia, like he was just assuring her.

She looked out the van's window and saw Logan sprinting towards the van's door, Mia slid the door open, Logan smiled as he jumped in and sat across from Mia.

"Hey" Logan said slightly out of breath.

"Hi" Mia replied shyly.

Logan turned to Danny then to Ian and Chase. "Hey, thanks for picking me up." Logan thanked Ian.

"No problemmm!" Ian said with a smile, Enjoying the praise.

Mia stared at Logan's face, Looking at the yellow and purple swollen circle in between his cheek and jaw line. Danny's eyes followed Mia's, His eyes widened when he saw the giant bruise that he had caused. Something else was in Danny's green eyes, Was it regret?

The drive to A.J.'s was awkward and quiet. When they arrived, A.J and Anna his sister came out and walked to the van, this time Danny leaned over Mia and slid open the door. Anna climbed in first sitting across from Danny, A.J. sat next to Logan.

"Hi Danny" Anna said in a high, childlike voice. Anna was quite childlike all around, even being a year older than Mia she didn't act like it.. Or look like it being 5 feet tall, hair alway's in pigtails.

"Hey." Danny said.

"Why is everyone so quiet?And Logan, Dude what the fuck happened to your face?" A.J. said looking at his injury, everyone turned to Logan. Logan looked to Danny who was looking straight into his eyes, which were plank like the rest of his face.

"I... Face planted into a coffee table." Logan said.

"You're joking right?" A.J.laughed, "How the fuck did you manage that?!"

"I tripped over Cuddles.." Logan lied.

"You tripped over your cat? Wow.. Just wow." Anna snarled.

Danny kept his head down the rest of the way to Ian and Chase's. They arrived at the house, Well.. Mansion. A.J. opened the van's door, Ian went and unlocked his front door. Inside had a long leather couch the color of blood, Ian's Father was a lawyer, A good one too. Chase's Mom was a C.E.O. of a major furniture company.Charyl and Uncle Owen over all make a lot of money, even though they work a lot they still try and find time for Ian and Chase, Part of Mia was jealous.. Her Father worked constantly, alway's going away on business trips, But didn't even try to find time for her and Danny.They all headed to the home movie room, It was dimly lit with a flat screen Television that was so big it almost took up the entire wass. There was three rows of seats, six in each. Chase sat at the end of the first row, Ian sat next to him. Logan next to Ian, I sat next to him. Danny sat down on the other side of me. Anna next to Danny while her brother sat behind Danny in the second row.

Chase handed the movie over to Ian, Ian stood up and put the silver DvD into the side of the flat screen then sat back down.The lights went out, Ian picked up the remote and fast forwards through all the advertisement and went straight to the beginning of the movie.

Mia was stuck between Logan and her Brother.. About an hour into the movie Logan's cold hand traced hers. He eventually entwined his long slender fingers in hers. Mia looked to Logan and quickly back to their hand's which were now held together. Mia looked to Danny to make sure he didn't notice, She guessed that he hadn't, he was absorbed in the movie that she know he hasn't seen in quite awhile. The rest of the movie Mia and Logan held hands, Together their palms were sweaty but they both didn't mind. Mia kept her eyes forward on the movie screen.

The movie was close to over, Danny honestly just wanted to grab Mia and go home.. He looked over to his younger sister who was glued to the movie. He felt weight on his right arm.. It was Anna leaning her curly brown head on his shoulder.. 'Shit' he thought to himself.. He didn't know what to do, what if Mia saw this? She'd think something was going on between us. They had only hooked up once and he was drunk, So drunk that he only remembers half of it. Ever sense then Anna will not stop doing this type of stuff. Danny nudged his arm to make her move, She jerked her head up and looked at Danny with confused eyes. Danny could never be with his best friends sister! Well, not sober anyway. He assumed Logan didn't even care, Danny hated it.. He hated watching him watch her, he hated watching him kiss her, he hated Logan. He didn't deserve her Danny thought, She was not his, she doesn't understand that Logan only wants to use her, to take away her purity and innocence. He was lucky Danny even allowed him to sit next to his Mia.
