After the conversation, now taekook were in jungkook's car. They were in comfortable silence.

Taehyung looked over at jungkook and then spoke in a whisper. Like a secret meant to kept between them only.

"Since you helped me with my parents how about I reward you with something?"

Jungkook glanced at taehyung. He had no idea from where this came from. He just wanted to help his bestfriend.

Yet, he nodded. Taehyung typed a location and put it on GPS. Asking jungkook to follow the route.

They were near their campus. The building looked modern yet old. It looked vintage. Just like taehyung's choice. It wouldn't be hard to say that.

Taehyung entered the building and jungkook followed the suit.

Soon a wooden door came into their line of vision and even the damn door had carvings on it. And it looked magnificent. Taehyung pulled out a key and opened the door.

As soon as the door was opened they were hit with the aromatic scent of colors. Oil paint, pastel colors and types of them.

The room had a lot of canvases with white cloth draped on it to keep it as good looking as new.

"Welcome to my safe heaven."

Greeted taehyung.

Jungkook had no idea taehyung paints! Excitement rushed through him wanting to see every painting of taehyung's.

As paintings also potray a part of you. And jungkook was so enthusiastic to know about them.

His eyes were eagerly moving on every corner of the room. As if wanting to memorize the room. The walls were also painted. And it seemed the artist behind it was none other than Kim taehyung himself.

While jungkook was looking around the room, taehyung had already taken off the cloth from many paintings. The paintings waiting to be appreciated.

And jungkook was awestrucked when he saw the paintings.

They were all abstract paintings. Some signifying grief, some happiness, some peace. And many other emotions. And they were oh so beautifully painted that jungkook wanted to kiss taehyung's hands repeatedly.

Taehyung was looking at one specific painting. It was in one corner and taehyung was some distance away from it.

Jungkook went behind him and back hugged him. Taehyung unconsciously leaned more in the warmth emitting from jungkook's chest. Jungkook tucked his chin on taehyung's shoulder to look over at the painting.

And to say he was esthetic seeing it would be a complete understatement.

It was a painting of them. The seven of them.

Taehyung had obviously drew them. As in only the two of them but was shy to show them to him.

Taehyung tilted his head towards jungkook's direction only to find him looking at the painting without blinking. As if mesmerized and in a trance.

Taehyung smiled at his reaction. He tilted his head to have it against jungkook's own.

He didn't need words anymore. He was satisfied with reaction enough to convey what jungkook felt.

They were soul- twins at this point. They just know what the other feels sometimes with one glance, sometimes with voice, and sometimes it's just the gut feeling. That's how strong their relationship has grown over four and half years. They've have even become accustomed to some of each others habits too. It's crazy how fast things happened. From a simple mystery interest to, today bestfriends and hopefully something more in the future.

After coming out of the trance jungkook moved his arms off taehyung. And taehyung almost whined at the loss of warmth.

Jungkook excitedly picked the painting and examined it further and in detail.

He, like a curious bunny he is. He enthusiastically and playfully asked,

"Can I take this painting with me? It would add beauty to my humble abode. What do you think?"

To which taehyung really took it seriously. He nodded his head with a 'sure'. Jungkook turned to taehyung with eyes blown wide and jaw slacked. He wasn't expecting that okay!

After coming back from shock he again enquired pointing at the corner of the painting,

"What is V?"

To which taehyung replied carelessly with a shoulder shrug.

"It's my artist name."

Jungkook nodded in understanding but again asked,

"What does it refer to?"

To which taehyung had a thoughtful face and then replied,

"It's refers to victory."

Jungkook mumbled a, 'that's thoughtful.' Nodding to himself.

Then he stepped closer to taehyung and held out the painting towards him. Taehyung threw him a confused look. Jungkook whispered,

"The artist should sign it for me, shouldn't he?"

Taehyung laughed at it and signed it near V.

They wrapped the painting and started talking about how things should be planned for taehyung from now on. What could he do, is the degree necessary and stuff like that.

Taehyung was happy to have jungkook in times like this. They had already informed their hyungs and they were so proud of their dongsaeng. They had their chest buffed with pride.

Taehyung felt at peace. His heart was at peace truly.

But maybe... something changed. Taehyung's feelings for jungkook changed.

They grew. They grew in hundred folds. The admiration, the respect, everything intensified.

But he was a coward. He didn't wanted to loose what they had just because of his feelings. But little did he knew jungkook felt the same.
