She was on her way home after loosing another job to horrible managers. She was so depressed that not even her pets would be able to cheer her up. How was she going to pay her bills till she found work again? How was she going to put food on the table for her and her pets? Her family would not be able to help her when they did not have the money themselves. Plus she would not ask anyway cause she knew this. She even had to pay back her mom for help with her vehicle anyway.

So much worry and stress was clouding her thoughts. So much heart ache has been on her shoulders for years that this just added to what was already there. She was about ready to just say screw it and just end it all.

She just had come to a stop on her mopid at a stop light when she saw a mother just talking on the phone at the park next to the road not paying any attention to her young kid. Who was wondering closer to the road chasing after a unleashed puppy that looked to be a lab mix.

The boy and lab started to cross the road unaided, when she quickly parked her bike right there and went after them both. While chasing the kid and dog, a truck came speeding down the road towards the boy. She could tell the driver was frantic and hitting at the horn but no sound. So he was also yelling and waving an arm at the to get out of the road. She quickly tossed the dog back into the park. Then she turned around and grabbed the boy and tossed him quickly next to the pup. When she took a step back to the park.........bam, spinning and pain. The crunch of hitting the ground hard and rolling to a stop. Hearing the truck crash behind her into a tree coming to a terrifying stop. She hears the mother scream and calling 911. She could her people rushing to the scene from near by houses to help.

Someone who sounded like a nurse was asking her if she was feeling any pain and if there was anything she could do to help.

"Is.. he.. okay?...Are..they..safe?"

"Yes, my boy is safe. He just has a few scratches and scared. His dad is watching both him and the pup. This is my fault for not making sure he left the dog on the leash."

"Not..your..fault..just..boys..being..boys. In..bike..is..wallet..with..info..for....emergency..to call..mom. Call..mom..to..say..bye..not..make...it..to..hurt..to..pain."

"Safe your strength for when the medics get here. I can hear the in the distance." Says the mother of the boy as the sirens wail in the distance.

"Call mom...number..on phone..now. Lock..is..a...W. Need..her..here..asap." she gasped as blood pored from her opened wounds. She reached towards her bike just 100 feet away. Calling out for her mom.

The nurse could tell that she might not make it thru. So she quickly walked over to the mopid and pulled off the phone from the phone holder. She found the power button and turned on the phone. The home screen popped up a picture of three cats lying on a bed curled up together with the dying woman buried underneath them laughing. She felt sad that this woman might not make it home to her loving cats.

(If she does not make it I will offer her family to take them into our home to their end. I will not leave them homeless and sad since it's my and my sons fault that their mom is not coming home.) The nurse thought looking at that sweet picture. She quickly swiped the screen to get to the lock screen and put in the code. She pressed the phone icon to get to contacts. She saw a small list of groups with names. She went towards the one labeled family and called the first number in the group. The phone started to ring and after the first ring a female voice answered.

(Please let me know of any errors so I may fix them asap.)😊
