Chapter 56 (Avengers: Endgame)

(Y/N), Wanda, Rhodey, Steve, Kara, Carol, Nebula, David, Wendy, Vision, Rocket and Bruce had found out where Thanos was and were going after him.

Rocket: Ok, who here hasn't been into deep space?

(Y/N), Steve, Wanda, Vision, Bruce, Wendy and Rhodey put their hands up.

Rocket: Well you better not throw up on my ship.

Nebula: Approaching jump in 3... 2... 1...

The ship goes into hyperspace and Steve just looks in awe at what he was seeing. After arriving at the planet, Carol, Vision, Kara and (Y/N) go out to see what defenses Thanos had set up. But there was none. (Y/N) sent a signal to the others that it's safe to land. After they land they see Thanos enter a house and prepare themselves. Bruce was in the Hulkbuster and went under the house and everyone else gets in position. Carol fired her Proton Blasts while Kara put Thanos in a chokehold. Bruce bursts through the floor and grabs hold of the Infinity Gauntlet while Rhodey grabbed hold of Thanos's other hand. (Y/N) then smashes through the wall and uses his heat vision to cut off Thanos's arm that has the Infinity Gauntlet. Steve, Thor, Wanda, Vision, Nebula and Rocket then come in and Rocket flips the Infinity Gauntlet over and saw the Infinity Stones were gone.

Rocket: Oh no.

Steve: Where are they?

Kara: Answer the question.

Thanos: The universe required correction. After that, the Stones served no purpose... beyond temptation.

(Y/N): YOU MURDERED TRILLIONS!!!

(Y/N) kicks Thanos to the other side of the house cracking the wood.

Thanos: You should be greatful.

Bruce then punches Thanos across his burned face.

Wanda: Where are the Stones?

Thanos: Gone. Reduced to atoms.

Bruce: You used them two days ago!

Thanos: I used the Stones to destroy the Stones. It nearly killed me. But the work is done. It always will be. I am inevitable.

Everyone has the look of sadness.

Rhodey: We have to tear this place apart. He has to be lying!

Nebula: My father is many things. A liar is not one of them.

Thanos: Ah. Thank you daughter. Perhaps I treated you too harshly. Especially your uncle Darkse--

Thor didn't let Thanos finish as he chopped off his head, shocking everyone.

Wendy: Thor, what did you do?

Thor: I went for the head.

Thor leaves with everyone following while having tears in their eyes. They can't bring anyone back.
