Natasha was driving to Gotham to tell Johnathan who was signing the Accords and who wasn't. She parks outside of the cathedral and saw him next to the coffin of the commissioner of the GCPD. Jim Gordan. She walks over to Johnathan and stands next to him.
Johnathan: So, who's signing?
Natasha: Me, Tony, Rhodey, Vision, Kait and Wendy.
Johnathan: The others?
Natasha: Sam and Steve are refusing to sign it. Riley isn't signing either.
Johnathan: Wanda?
Natasha: TBD.
Johnathan: Clint?
Natasha: He says he's retired. Are you signing?
Johnathan: No. I can't. It would feel like I'd be betraying, (Y/N)'s memory. After the interview with Lois Lane, he said that "the Avengers deserve to choose what missions go on. No one can make that decision for them".
Natasha: Well, I'm sorry to hear that.
Johnathan: Why are you really here?
Natasha: Because I didn't want you to be alone.
Johnathan hugs Natasha while quietly crying while he hugs her back.
