Last stand!

After the food and rest, I went outside with my tamed comerades and immediately got onto Dialgas back. 

Dialga: Master, are we really going there?

Me: We have too.

Eevee: But Master, we might die.

Me: Do you guys know something I don't?

Dialga: ....

Eevee:...

Me: Okay spit it out.

Dialga: There is a rumour going around among monsters.

Eevee: They say the All drestryoing dragon will be coming soon.

Me: All destroying dragon?

Dialga: Yes.

Me: Wait! For how long is the rumor going around?

Eevee: 30 years now.

Me: *Sigh* I can't blieve monsters knew what the blue moon salvation summoned but not the humans here... Welp I already knew they are not the brightest but they are nice at least. Better than in my world.

Dialga: Will you be going back after this, Master?

Eevee: Take us with you.

Dialga: Yeah take us with you.

Me: Guys, I don't know yet. Let's focus on fighting this dragon before anything else. Maybe we won't even live till tomorrow.

The moment I said that both of them shut up and we soon left the city and passed the forrest until we came to see the dragon. I had chills running down my spine just seeing it. It was definitelly on a complete other level than any of the demons we faught till now.

Eevee: Master, it is still young, now is the best time to attack it.

Dialga: Eevee is right here. It will grow exponentially from here on out. If you want to eliminate it, then attacking it now would be wise.

Me: Got it.

I summoned the most powerfull flames that I had in my pocket. It was definitelly the Flames of Hell and the Flames of Abyss that I summoned. Both spells were strong and would cost me a lot of magic but for some reason I could see that I still had enough mana left after summoning both things at one.

Dialga: MASTER!

Eevee: RUN!

While I did use the two most powerful spells I could summon, both of them only left a scratch on the dragons skin. Now we definitelly had a problem. It is now searching for us. Thankfully Eevee used some wind barrer to shiled us and Dialga sprinted away from the dragon.

Me: Now what?

Dialga: The sword, Master.

Me: I need to get close to it to use it.

Eevee: We can make an opening for you, Master.

Me: NO!

Dialga: Don't worry about us. 

Eevee: We can run fast and we are not that weak too.

Me: Tsk. There has to be another way.

Eevee: But Master, we don't have much time.

Dialga: Yes, Master. We will make the opening for you. Please jump from my back and attack it in the right moment.

I hated the thought of using both of my tamed comrads for this but there wasn't really any other way out of this. In the end I had to accept their suggestion even if I discarted it immediately after thinking about it for a second. I didn't wanted them to get hurt and if anything I would rather deal with it on my own. However this wasn't possible.

I watched Eeve jump out of the woods and run on what seemed like air as he was distracting the dragon.  Dialga had itself still hidden and only jumped out in the last second to give me a boost to jump up and use the sword against the dragon.

The dragon was too focused on both my tamed animals to see me charging. I had the sword in my hand and the moment I was about to hit it's skin, I screamed with all my minght the spells I wanted to activated.

Me: Flams of abyss, flames of destruction, god's paw!

The tip of the words only touched the skin of the dragons chest and it was immeidatelly afterwards that flames started emergine form it and eat through the dragons skin. On top of that as I was fallowing down, I saw a lightning stricke which resembeled a cross getting thrown at the dragon piercing it and also pinning it to the ground.

After all these spells it would have been a wonder if the dragons survived at all. It didn't get up again and I was just glad about that.

Dialga: I gotcha master!

Me: Thanks. Where is Eevee?

Dialga: Down there checking on the dragons condition.

We soon landed right in front of Eevee and my wolf was right, Eevee had released the alpha pack formation to be able to distract the dragon better and was now checking on it's condition.

Eevee: Master, it's over.

Me: *relieved exhale* finally.

Dialga: Master, you seem exhaused. How about resting here for a bit?

Eevee: Don't worry no monster is around since they all run away from the fight.

Me: Sounds like a good idea.

I accepted their suggestion and got down from Dialga only to lean against the wolfs body as she was laying on the ground. All the small rabbits went beside me and this was how I rested for a bit even falling asleep as this forest was silent without any noise. My body was also exhausted and my mana was in the negative once again.
