Minho walked back to his dorm and got ready for bed. Today was another exhausting day for him so he decided to read a book and then go to sleep.
He woke up pretty early, considering the fact that classes didn't start for another week. He rolled out of bed and yawned while stretching his arms above his head and wandered to the bathroom. He took a quick shower and got ready for the day.
He was now fully awake and decided to have breakfast but was too lazy to make something so he grabbed his dorm keys and walked out of the dorm to go and see what cafes were in the area.
He wandered around the streets and came across a Cafe called SKZ Cafe he decided to go in since it was closest to his dorm. The bell rang as he opened the door and looked around. It was a nice small cafe, the decorations were very nice with the pastel colours and it didn't look like it belonged, which Minho liked.
He walked up to the counter to order and was greeted by a worker who looked younger than he was. "Good morning, I'm jisung, how may i help you?" The small boy said.
Minho caught himself staring and snapped himself out of his daze. "Hi, um can I have an iced americano and a croissant, please?" He replied. The shorter boy tapped at the register "Is that it?" he asked and minho nodded and payed for his food. "What name should i put it under?" Jisung asked. "Minho." he replied and went to find a seat.
"An order for Minho," he heard his name and went to collect his food.

After breakfast he saw it was 11am and decided to just walk around campus. He bumped into his friend from high school, Seungmin. "Hey Seungmin! I didn't know you were coming here" he said happily as his friend turned around.
"Oh, haha, yeah I am. How've you been? I haven't seen you since the graduation which was like 2 months ago, how's lix?" seungmin asked.
"Yeah, we've been good. I moved into a dorm here, decided it would be better. Felix is also in a dorm here, his roommate's nice. I haven't met my roommate yet but I hope they're nice too because i'd like to get along with the person i'll be living with," he chuckled.
Seungmin smiled, he thought Minho looked happier now than he did during the time they went to high school together. "Haha, I hope so too. My roommate moved in this morning, his name's soobin... I guess he's nice, we haven't talked much yet but he was polite while introducing himself," seungmin smiled.
Minho nodded. "Well, I should probably get back to my dorm... I hope we can see each other soon!" he waved and walked in the direction of the dorm buildings.
He was surprised to see that there was another person in the dorm when he got there. They stood and stared at each other for a bit. "Hi, I'm jeongin... nice to meet you," The person bowed.
"Hi, I'm minho. Nice to meet you too, also you don't need to be so respectful, I'm not going to bite," he chuckled.
Jeongin looked scared for a moment before showing a big smile. "Also, hyung-uh Minho?" Jeongin while staring at the floor.
Minho looked up "yeah?"
"I go by, they/them pronouns..." jeongin said quietly. "I just thought you should know..."
Minho smiled softly. "Okay, don't need to be so worried. I promise I'm a good person," he chuckled
Jeongin let out a sigh of relief and went to sit on the couch.

It was around lunch time and Minho decided to make something for himself and jeongin.
"Jeongin I'm going to make some lunch, what would you like?" He asked his roommate.
"I don't mind hyung, anything will do," they replied.
Minho settled on making some ramen and salad for a side. There was a knock on the door. "Are you expecting anyone, jeongin?" Minho asked as he brought the food to the table. "No," came the reply.
Minho walked to the door, he opened it revealing chan. "Oh-Chan, what are you doing here? How did you know where I live?" Minho asked with confusion written all over his face.
"Felix told me, um... i need you to come with me. Felix is-he's having a panic attack or something but i've tried calming him down but nothing worked," Chan sounded worried.
"Um, okay... I'll come with you. Jeongin, start eating without me, I have to go do something real quick," he called back to his roommate who nodded.
He followed Chan to his and Felix's shared dorm. Felix was curled up in the corner of the bedroom hyperventilating so minho rushed to his side and pulled him into his lap cradling him while holding him tightly. He grabbed Felix's hand and rubbed his thumb over the back of it while telling him to copy his breathing.
Felix's breathing soon calmed down while listening to his brother's breathing. He fell asleep soon after and minho waited until he was fully asleep before placing him gently on his bed and walked over to the door, closing it behind him.
Chan was sat on the sofa. "He's asleep. If it happens again just pull him into a hug and rub the back of his hand with your thumb, that calms him down but if that doesn't work for you call me," He said as he wrote his number down on a piece of paper that was lying around and handed it to chan. "Thanks, minho, you're a good brother," he said as minho walked out of the dorm.
