The award show had just began and the hosts were putting up a performance to start off the show. You were seated with your members on the second row of seats while your boyfriend's group sat exactly right behind you guys. You two have been dating for over a year now in secret from the public. Since you both were in the biggest groups in kpop, it was hard to openly express your love for each other in public as you both know how chaotic it would get between both fandoms. However, there were plenty of shippers between both groups. The most shipped couple among kpop would be the both of you, Y/N and Jimin. Even though you both had never interacted in front of the cameras, they knew you both were highschool friends. Furthermore, there were some coincidences here and there that made them suspicious. From those, they assumed that you two were secretly in a relationship... and they were not wrong.
After their performance ended, it was commercial break. You chat with the girls.
"Annyeonhaseyo sunbaenim" the guys next to you greeted.
"Ahh NCT, don't need to call us sunbaenim!! We're under the same company, it's weird to hear that when we're almost the same age!" your leader chuckled.
You got into a conversation with Taeyong who was born in the same year as you.
"I am really a huge fan of your dances. I loved to watch your dance covers" he said.
"Ah... thank you, it means a lot. Maybe we can do a dance cover some time " you say.
"It would be a pleasure to"he said.
Soon the show started again. The hosts came out and did some talking.
"Who are you excited to see Jinyoung-ssi?" Irene asked.
"I'm excited to see everyone..." he replied suspiciously.
"Are you sure? Backstage, you were fangirling over Y/N from (YGN)!" Irene teased.
The girls then giggled and teased you causing you to get all shy because the camera was now on you.
"Y/N-ssi, I'm excited to watch you perform" Jinyoung say looking at your direction.
You just smiled awkwardly and nodded causing the people around you to laugh. However only one person wasn't laughing and of course it was Park Jimin, your boyfriend. Instead he poked his tongue in his inner cheek and stared at the screen emotionless.

Lia, your other member who was the same age as you, turned slightly to see Jimin's reaction. She then leaned in to whisper in your ear.
"Jimin looks jealous" she whispered.
You just stayed silent as you knew he probably was and probably making it obvious because he cannot hide his jealousy. The hosts continued on to the next segment which was an award for the rookies.
