"We should talk about why we're going on an "off" period" Yoongi say.
You watched nervously as the boys started talking about working on their solo works. Yoongi started off first about his plans during their break. He was taking lots of lessons to improve on himself as an artist.
The boys all went to talk about their things and then it came down to Jimin. You could tell he was nervous about this. It's not that he didn't want this break, he needed it, but he was just afraid of disappointing the fans. You still remember the conversation you both had the day the boys discussed about this.
"I don't want to disappoint them. They've done a lot for us, we've gone this far because of their support. I feel so bad for taking this break" he said with hurt and worry in voice.
You both were cuddling in bed after he came home from a meeting with the boys. He told you about their plans and shared his thoughts on it.
"You don't have to feel bad for needing this break. All 7 of you have worked hard, have been running for 9 years non-stop. ARMY would understand. I'm 100% sure they'd understand how you guys feel. It's not easy... I've seen you struggle a lot. Of course it wasn't all bad, but all those tears, smiles, anger, it gets overwhelming sometimes doesn't it? This break is what all of you need, that's why you guys are doing it" you say running your hands through his hair.
That night, Jimin cried as he spoke about the fans. You knew how much he adored them, how grateful he was to each and every one of them. You knew that this conversation was gong to be hard for Jimin. You watched him as he started talking.
"... i hope the meaning behind it doesn't change when you hear it. All these times when we had conflicts, fought, and talked.. our fans were in the heart of it all. So my hope is that, you'd take that meaning for what it is. I don't say this to try and make you understand... How would we dare to dream that? It's all thanks to our fans. So how would we talk about us without them? We've talked about this a lot together but we can't tell you everything directly and that's very sad and difficult at times. But if you take our words as they are, that would be great." he said and you could already see him tearing up.
"Don't cry" Yoongi say.

Jimin smiled a little, looking at you from behind the camera. You nodded at him, to give him reassurance that it was all fine and what he said was perfect. He threw his head back and stared at the ceiling trying to stop the tears from falling down. You pout at the sight of your boyfriend keeping it all in.

Namjoon started talking and as the leader, of course he had a lot of thoughts about it. He shared it all and even cried when he spoke because he was also just as scared of disappointing the fans. All the boys were. The boys were starting to get all teary and some started crying from Namjoon's words. You sighed, they've worked so hard. They deserve this rest for themselves.
After they end with a cheers, they all hugged one another and comforted each other off camera. This was what you loved about their relationship with one another. They're even closer off cameras, they are literally family. Once they comforted one another, Jimin made his way over to you and immediately wrapped his arms around you.
You comforted him and rubbed his back as he hid his face in the crook of your neck, trying to calm his sobs.
"It's okay baby, you did well. You relayed the message really well, the fans will take it well, don't worry honey" you say.
He nodded, accepting your words. After awhile, he pulled away and wiped his tears.
"Thank you for being there for me all this time y/n, really. I don't think I would've gone this far if you weren't there with me" he said.
"Don't say that, you've gone this far because you care about your fans, Your members and everyone around you. Now it's time to put yourself first babe" you say.
He nodded, smiling before placing a kiss on your lips.
"I love you so much" he sighed.
"I love you so much more, you'll be fine love"

jimin during the festa dinner broke my heart. he looks like he's been keeping it all in, and is hurting a lot. i will forever support what they think is best for them, and i can tell this is what's best for their individual self and the group. Although they've said it's not a hiatus, it's obvious there won't be as much group content or OT7 content as before for awhile as they'll be focusing more on their solo projects. However, without a doubt, they will still continue to break the charts and surprise us with their incredible talent everytime. And I trust them when they promise that they'll come back as per normal, and even better versions of themselves when they've took the time to rest and recharge. BTS is my home, I find so much comfort in them. It's crazy that people i've never met in my life have so much impact on me. I'm truly grateful I found them. I'm in this bangtan shit for life.
