I walked out of the class with Lauren. She had the next class with me which was math. We talked about our schedules as we walked, and it turns out we has the same classes, even our electives.
The rest of the day was pretty much a normal school day. I had three classes with Jace, and two with Liam. We also all had lunch together. When the last bell of the day rang we all walked home together, dropping Laur, and Liam off and then it was just Jace, and I.
"So, I heard about Max, and Jack." He said. "I don't want you to rush into telling me something you don't want to, but I'm here to listen when you need to talk."
"Thanks, but I really don't think you would want to know." I explained.
"Well that's were you're wrong Megan Mason." He stated. "I would love to talk to hear what happened, I can relate more than you think. You see, when I was in first grade I was in a car accident that put both of my parents into a coma. My mom lived, my Dad he never woke up."
We walked in silence until we got to my house.
"You wanna come over, and talk?" I asked.
"Yeah." He smiled.
We walked through the front door, and my parents were wtaching some type of movie.
"Hey, This is my friend Jace. We'll be downstairs if you need us." I said.
"Door stays open." My dad announced as we walked to my room.
We sat on the floor, and I spent an hour telling him everything. Afterwords he had told me some stuff that had helped him through what happened with his dad. Then we talked, about everything, by the time he had to leave I felt like I had known him for years.
"You know if you ever need someone to talk to I'm here." He reminded me.
"And same goes for you Jace. I'm only a house away if you need me." I smiled.
"We can help eachother out Megan." He said as he walked out of my house.
