Chapter 6

"What happened to your wrist...?"

Wilbur carefully sat on the edge of the bed.

I look down to my right hand, only to my surprise to see a purple mark going once around my wrist. But I couldn't stress him out more, he already has so much stress with the war.
I stayed silent for a little, trying to think of a lie to tell. But nothing came to my mind.

My hands plopped down next to me.

"I don't know to be honest... it, it just got there today."

Wilbur didn't seem gullible in it. He gave out his palms of his hand and gave me a signal for me to put my wrist on it.

And so I did. Wilbur lifted my wrist near his eyes and looked at it for a while, confused and sorry for me.

"Are you sure it wasn't someone..?"
He let my hand back to my side.
"You know you can tell me anything"

"Yea! I'm sure! Who could it be if you all were in that Mystery room." I gave out a small huff.

Wilbur looked at me for a little, trying to read my face if I was lying or not. The low energy he had though made him collapse back into the bed again.

"Thank you for taking care of everyone Y/N. I don't know what we would do without you." Wilbur voice sounded quieter than a whisper, as I left the room.

"I promised Tommy and Tubbo that I will protect them. And so I will protect you too"
My head turned back to him and gave out a sad smile before I left the room to get some sleep.

"Hey Y/N!" I hear a voice say as my eyes slowly opened.

"Hey Elli" i smiled at the brunette girl in front of me.
"You know you have been sleeping for almost two days now right?"

"What"
"Yea! But it still has been raining so I decided to just let you sleep."

My eyes glance over to the window. It was indeed still raining.

"Aw." I exclaimed disappointed

"Now we cant do all the stuff we wanted to!"

"Its okay, don't worry about it. Im just happy that I got to see you again." Elli smiled.

I got up from the sofa and walked to the kitchen. "Do you want some Coffee?"

"Ya bet"

I giggled as I made coffee. Just as I got done and brought The cups to the coffee table I realized something.
"Didn't you say you wanted to meet up with your friend that lives near here?"

"Oh yeah, i do. But Im not sure if I have the guts to drive in the rain that long." She explained.

We stayed silent for a bit, and I took a sip from my coffee. Then an Idea popped into my head
"We could go together if you want. I can drive!"

"Okay girl, that would be awesome!"

And thats how our plan completely changed. The day after tomorrow we would start to drive.
