[FLUFF + IMPLIED MINOR ANGST]

Tw :: Drinking (Alcohol), minimally implied neglect and theft

The Boys all collectively decided to set up a surprise welcome back birthday party bash for Pim! All three of the Smiling friends, Charlie, Alan, and Glep all met up at Pims house, setting up fun decorations, small confetti canons, a bunch of champagne because that's all Pim unfortunately owned, plenty of food, and a fun pillow fort they'd hide in till Pim arrived.

Pim was finally coming back from his parents house, he chose to visit despite his family's protests.

Glep and Alan planned snacks and goofed off in the kitchen while Charlie scrolled on the small tv for a happy birthday song to play when Pim arrived. It had to be perfect. The best video out there..

And out of all the videos he could've chosen he picked the one with dancing animals. I mean, it looked silly enough. Charlie snickered and then got up off the couch, placing the remote on the couches arm rest. He wandered over to the kitchen to catch Alan and Glep in the middle of a flour fight. They were covered head to toe and smiled widely.

"Dude! Pim comes home in like, what?" He checked his phone, "An hour! We have to get this cleaned!" He furrowed his brow and ran to get the broom. He could feel Alan and Gleps sad glances, but this had to be perfect! It had to be.

Pim drove home, the sun began to set and the streetlights flickered on. Each time he passes theyd illuminate his face in the darkness of his car. He tapped on the steering wheel, his button up cuffs rubbed at his arms arms and tuxedo coat followed suit.

Charlie ran back with the broom and dustpan, "You two go get cleaned up or something, I think there's a lint roller in Pims bathroom." He said blandly as he ushered the two out of the kitchen and began sweeping up the flour. What a tedious job.

Alan and Glep got all the flour off themselves and then proceeded to continue to work on some of the cupcakes they had already finished, frosting them with the companies logo. A huge smiley face! Some were a little funny looking, an eye going lopsided and sometimes the smile didn't look much like a smile, but it was okay! You could just smell effort. Or its the flour getting to Charlies head as it flew around in the kitchen with each sweep.

After about 10 or 15 minutes he finally cleaned the whole kitchen, even the dishes and things that were previously uncleaned. Though there wasn't much that wasn't clean, Pim was always neat. His house was spotless everytime charlie found himself coming over to the small critters home. Regardless, Charlie did it and hated every second of it, but it was for Pim. He'd do anything for the guy, I mean he couldn't say that. Though he knew it for sure.

Pim stopped by a gas station about 20 minutes out from his house. He gently stepped out of his car, walked into the station and b-lined for the candy section. He picked up one bag of gummies and walked to the register. Following normal routines he placed it on the counter, the cashier rung it up and slid it forward to Pim, "1.99 sir." The cashier blandly said, looking down at Pim as he dug through his pockets for change. That's exactly all he had. He slipped the pile of change on the counter with a small mumbled "sorry" and sped out of there with the gummies, hopping back in his car with a sigh. Then he continued on his way home, eating his dinner for the night.

"Charlie, I don't think using Glep as a disco ball would be a good idea." Alan pointed out as Charlie chased after Glep with a roll of metallic duct tape.
