Going Off The Rails (Rouge X Tails)

Tails arrived at the battlefield and takes a look around at the destruction Eggman's robots was doing. The fear he spreads.
A robot swings at Tails and he smashed it hard with the wrench, denting the red coloured metal and ripping out sparking wires as he pulled his weapon away.

"Ahhh! Somebody help me! " screamed a fox girl as she was being crushed in the palms of a much larger robot.

Tails flies up, spinning his tails to reach the top of the robot's shoulder.
He smashed the red light that acted as the robot's eye.
The robot holds its face and steps back at the sudden attack.
The robot drops the fox girl and she screamed on her way down.
Tails reached out for her and grabs her arm.
The girl has her eyes closed tightly in fear and shakes rapidly terrified as tears steam down her face.
"It's alright I gotcha! " Tails said trying to calm her.

The girl opens her eyes and looks up at Tails. The robot shifts and Tails loses his grip on her. She widened her eyes and shrinks her pupils as she falls again. She screamed out in terror as the wind brushes her hair upwards and ruffles her dress.

Just before the girl can hit the ground a streak of blue flashes and the woman is safely in the arms of sonic. The girl opened her teary eyes and looks up into the emerald green of sonic's eyes, immediately falling for the hero. She wrapped her arms around him and her tears slide down her face.

"My hero!I knew you'd save me sonic! I love you!" Cried out the girl gratefully as she kissed sonics cheek.

Tails rolled his eyes as sonic got the foxes appreciation.
Sonic gave a cocky smirk grining as the girl praised him.
"Heh just doin my job miss "sonic said

Tails Flys upward as the robot tries hitting him causing the robot to instead punch himself. The robot falls to the ground while sonic shows off to the girl he saved.

"Sonic!" Tails snapped at his friend highly irritated

Sonic perked his ears at Tails giving his classic thumbs up.
"Yeah you're doing great buddy!" He encouraged and turned back to the girl
"So..you free to get dinner sometime?~" he asked her charmingly

Tails twitches his eye and ruffled his fur nearly having steam blow out his ear with how upset he was.

"Damn you hedgehog! You already destroyed my new delta f-80 bot! This ain't the last of me blue buffoon!" Eggman cursed and few away

Tails grit hid teeth and growled
"Grr he didn't even do anything! I destroyed his robot!" He threw his wrench at Eggman though he was gone

Tails Marched over to sonic and shoved him away from the fox girl.
"What the hell sonic!? I had to fight on my own! Where were you?!" He snarled

Sonic put his hands up.
"Hey easy buddy I saw you did good" he said

"Did good?! So you just watch and get all the credit now?! At least back then you'd crush a few bots on your own! But you left me with all the work!" Tails yelled clinching his fists

Sonic sighs and looked at the fox girl with a wink
"Ay call me~" he said to her handing over his number
She blushes and nods

Sonic wrapped his arm around Tails shoulders.
"Listen buddy-" he began though Tails swated sonic's arm off him and stood stern infront of sonic

"Don't  'buddy' me!! You left me out there on my own so you can get a date! What ever happened to the saying bros before hoes!?" He asked angerly

Sonic put his hands up to reason.
"Alright alright man I'm sorry how about I make it up to you tonight? 6:00 at Mandy's?" He apologized and invited him to a local bar

Tails groaned not found of going to a bar but he agreed, giving him the opportunity to attone for his poor friendship
"Fine. I'll see you at 6." He said turning back to the direction of his workshop.
