Gunned down

In Steve's truck, there was silence for a little while. Then, Steve who didn't like the silence said "What's Boston like?" Jane, who was sitting next to him answered "It's big but, the gang bangers, the murderers, th--" before Jane could finish a van swerved out in front of them and opened the back window opening fire on Steve, Jane, and Maura. Steve and Jane drew their guns while Maura layed down in the back seat. One of the men turned his gun on Steve sending two bullets into his shoulder blade earning a grunt of pain from Steve. After that the van left and Steve lost conciseness. "Maura! It's safe now!" yelled a very panicked Jane who watched her friend arise from the back seat. Then, she turned back to the front and her eyes found the passed out Steve. "Maura! Steve is passed out! Two bullets to the shoulder! You've got to help him!" Jane yelled. "Ok, I will Jane, don't worry. We've got to stop the bleeding I need you to take off your shirt." Dr. Isles said calmly and Jane complied, taking off her purple short sleeve shirt revealing a black tank top. Maura took the shirt and pressed it against the bullet holes in Steve's shoulder while Jane called 911, waiting for someone to pick up. "911, what is your emergency?" the operator asked "Um, my name is Detective Jane Rizzoli and I'm with Lutenant Commander Steve Mcgarrett and he's been shot, twice in the shoulder and he's unconcieness." Jane said, a little panic creeping into her voice. "Stay calm, ma'am, we are sending an ambulance to your location." the 911 operator said, somewhat like a robot. Two minutes later, an ambulance showed up to take Steve to the hospital.
