Finding out what true ohana is

In the ambulance, the paramedics found Steve's cell phone and handed it to Jane. With shaking hands, Jane unlocked the phone and called the first Five-0 member she recogognized. With a quick, shaky breath, she tapped "Danno" and pressed it to her ear. After one ring, Danny picked up "Steve! Hey what did Max-" A very scared Jane cut him off. "Danny, Steve's been shot. And, and he isn't waking up." "Okay, tell me where you guys are headed and I'll meet you there." Danny said, hysteria creeping into his voice. "Danny, we're headed to Hawaiian State Medical Center." Jane said. In about four minutes, the ambulance pulled up to the emergency center. Just moments after that, Danny, Chin, and Kono pulled up. "Jane! What happened?" a very frantic Danny asked "We were headed to Dr. Burgman's office when this blue van came out in front of us and opened the back doors. There were five men we couldn't see their faces, they had those body socks on, when they opened fire, Lutenant Commander Mcgarrett and I drew our guns and returned fire. One of the men trained his weapon on Mcgarrett and fired two rounds into his shoulder, after the van drove off, I turned around to make sure Maura was okay, and when I turned back to the front, I saw him, passed out." Jane said, her eyes filling with unshed tears. Then Dr. Isles came out and Danny hugged Jane and soon, no matter how much Jane tried to tell the Five-0 team she didn't hug, they all joined in a group hug. "Maura, how is he?" Kono asked a sole tear tracing down her face "Well um, he's got a shattered right shoulder blade, ad he's lost a lot of blood, the coin could flip either way at this point. I'm so sorry." Maura answered.
