Jesse's POV
"So, when is she gonna realize Mei isn't here?", I asked Aaron T as he shrugged
Tae Young then got out of the shower but paused seeing y/n on the bed
She was now scrolling on TikTok
"When did she get here?", Tae Young said as I was surprised y/n still hadn't heard us
Is she pretending or-?
"Damn, Meilin you better hurry up! I'm gonna show you this edit I saw on TikTok", y/n said as I raised an eyebrow
"Wait, so you're telling me she thought Mei-Mei is here?", Tae Young said as T nodded
"Yeah, mind telling her Mei isn't here? I'm gonna go shower now", Aaron T said as he patted Tae Young's shoulder
T got in the shower as Tae Young smiled and went to y/n
I stood there as I watched how Tae Young would approach y/n
"Hey y/n! You see, you got the wrong room, Mei isn't here", Tae Young said as y/n quickly sat up
She looked around the room seeing me as I waved at her
"Hey, pretty girl", I greeted as she just looked at me before standing up
She looked at Tae Young before dashing out of the room
"Well that was interesting", Tae Young said as he went to a full length mirror nearby drying his hair
"You tell me", I said as I sighed and looked at Tae Young before going beside him
"Have you taken your vitamins?", I asked as Tae Young looked at me through the mirror
"Mhm, why? You worried about me?", He said as he smiled, I rolled my eyes jokingly
"No, just reminding you so you can grow even taller. But it looks like your current vitamins aren't working- AAAAAAA DUDE I WAS KIDDING", I ran around the room as Tae Young tried to catch me
"OH, NOW WE'RE KIDDING", He said as he charged over to me
I dodged as Robaire suddenly entered the room looking at the both of us as I ran to him
"Ro, he tried to kill me!", I said as Robaire looked at Tae Young with a questioning look
"NO! HE CALLED ME SHORT, HE DESERVES TO DIE", Tae Young said as I looked at him
"Okay. First of all, I thought I warned you earlier to not call Tae short anymore. Second of all, no one's killing anyone.", Robaire said as Tae Young and I groaned
"Wait, where's Z?", Tae asked as Robaire sighed and sat on the bed
"Trying to make pancakes, I thought him how to do one and he was like 'I’ll do it on my own now, thanks' so I left", Robaire explained
Tae Young and I exchanged looks as we laughed
"He's trying hard, let him learn", I said as Robaire nodded
"I know I know, just... Worried, you know? This isn't even our house", Robaire said as I nodded
"Understandable", I said before sitting beside him
"But you know what they say, yolo", I said laughing as Robaire jokingly pushed me away
"Yeah, right." all of a sudden Priya knocked asking if she could come in
"Go on!", Tae Young said as she came in and waved
"Hey, so like. y/n told me you guys, all of you, can stay here. If you guys have any concerns just knock on y/n's room", Priya said as she smiled and left
"I think we could fit here..?", Robaire said as I nodded
"Yeah, we'll figure things out", I laughed when all of a sudden T got out of the shower
"Hey guys, what did I miss?", T asked with a towel around his shoulders
"My nearly death experience, why?", I said making Robaire laugh while Tae Young glared at me
"Ah, that's why you let out a high whistle earlier", Aaron T said as I looked at him
"It was not a whistle! It was a very manly scream", I said as he laughed
"No it ain't", he said as I rolled my eyes and scoffed
"He's right, Jesse", Tae Young suddenly said as they all laughed
"Okay, it is not funny. I screamed a very manly scream!", I said as they all laughed harder
All of a sudden Z came in with a tray in hand
"I MADE PANCAKES!", He screamed as we all looked at each other before looking at Z smiling
We looked at each other again as they signalled me to try it to see if it was actually good
I mentally slapped them as I stood up and looked at the pancakes
"I wanna try them first, can I?", I said as Z smiled widely and nodded
I took a fork and made a slice for me as I quickly placed it in my mouth
I chewed it as my eyes lit up
"Z! THIS ACTUALLY TASTES GOOD", I said making the others run to Z and I
"I'm so proud of you!", Tae Young said as he grabbed some and ate it
The rest tried the food as well and they all liked it
"Yummers", Aaron T said as we all laughed and continued to eat
