Jennifer's POV-
When he left the room I sat there in shock and embarrassment. I can't believe he talked to me like that. I must be dreaming. Someone pinch me.
I looked over to the door and I didn't see Jake instead I saw, Adam.
"You're not going to run away this time...right?" He smirked.
Even if I wanted to I couldn't.
"Come one I don't bite, not hard at least"
"You're not fooling me with this act I hope you know that" I rolled my eyes.
Adam took a step into the room, making his way to the bed.
"Now what did my big brother tell you"
Brother?
"Jake is your brother?" I questioned.
"Don't act too surprised babygirl"
"Don't call me that"
I didn't know why but I had a weird feeling about this whole conversation, maybe I was nervous but why would I be nervous? I didn't know this guy...sure he's hot but his ego makes him ugly.
"What do you want me to call you then" he asked sitting on the bed.
"Jennifer" I said standing my ground.
He gave me a cold look.
"That's boring"
Did this man really just say that my name is boring?
"Adam...don't be rude to our..new member of our mafia" Jake says walking into the room and making his way to me.
He stands beside me and puts his arm around my waist making me feel a bit uncomfortable.
Adam looks at us and smiles.
"I see what's going on here...The games began I guess" he smirks.
Game?
Adam finally got up and left the room leaving me with Jake who still has his arm wrapped around my waist.
"Sorry about my brother"
"Don't worry about it" I try to put on a smile.
"Let's go eat, breakfast is getting cold"
