Travis's pov

As I reach for their hand, I realize that they're glowing. Like literally GLOWING.
They smile, and say, "Whats the matter? Are you injured?", their smile melting into a concerned one. I feel my eyes begin to water, but I take a deep breath. "Um, actually I'm fine, I'm just sad. It's no big deal.", I say, but she looks behind her, startled.
"Well, you should go. Now", She says, gripping my hand tighter as she grew visibly nervous, her eyes filled with fear and sadness, obviously shaken by something near. "What's wrong? Are you scared? Did someone do something? Is there some-", I begin rambling on like sal did before i ran here.
"Shh! I'll answer your questions later. You obviously can't leave now.. wait! come with me to my place. I'll explain everything.", She exclaims in a whisper. I look her in the eyes, looking for anything that would not convince me. I only see honesty, and I nod, confused.
I run quietly, by her side. I hear a voice, and my blood runs cold. It sounds like.. father? I thought he-
She realizes I'm frozen in place, and she grabs my arm, dragging me, and I see something in the distance. I look back just to check to see if someone was there. There was a shadow-like figure, built like my father, and she pushes me inside her place, out of breath.
"Whats happening?", I ask her. She looks me in the eyes, terrified.
"The....", she starts, but trail off, staring into space. Suddenly my phone rings, and i pick it up, and to my surprise, it's not my father, but it's Sal.
"Yes?", I answer.
"Where are you? Please come back home. I don't know what I did wrong, but I can stop. There's something I have to tell you, but it needs to be in person. I'll see you. Love you.", he hangs up.
I turn around, expecting her to have calmed down, but she isnt there.
I suddenly am back at the place where my bag was, and I sprint home, fucking terrified.
