Happy Progress Day!

Men were putting barrels of liquid on an airship. But in the giant tube a masked being was waiting on a hover board.

A man  with a clipboard asks "Uh, shipping manifest?"
A woman with a scar on her face puts a bag of coins on the clipboard and says "From your friend. Downtown."

As they were ready to sail off.
"Ah, shit. The Firelights." One man said. The Firelights use unknown explosives that freeze people in place. They take everyone down and open the barrels. "You ever seen this much Shimmer before?"
"They're expanding. Check for more below. Burn it all."
They head underneath the ship and stepped in a booby trap, closing the trap door. The door shows a painting of a monkey in the center of red arrows forming a circle in the background.
"Oh, no, no, no, no, no. Open up."
Metal clanged and giggles were heard.

"Oh, no. They're here."He lights a flare candle.
A figure runs by in front of them, but someone giggles behind them. They throw the stick and shows a swing rocking forwards and back, revealing a word saying 'BOOM'. The figure hung upside down and goes passed them, even pulling the clips of the Firelights grenade.
The booms shook the ship.

Opening the hatch the smoke hisses and escapes. The two figures walk out of the smoke showing themselves.
"Hi" They both say in unison.
Immediately the blue haired girl pulls grenade pins with her teeth and throws it at two firelights.
The other H/C girl looked up and saw another one, she shot at him while her partner was busy.
"Nice try toots" The girl told him.

Karma's POV~

I had a mask covering the lower part of my face painted with a sharp toothed smile and tinted goggles on my head. I still wear my bracelets, but added something so it wouldn't get damaged, burned, cut and stuff like that. I carry twin swords, a long baton, a gun, and my favorite thing chains.

They were dumping Shimmer everywhere to burn it up. Jinx stopped one of them until her mask fell off. Jinx froze "Vi?" Was all she said.

"Sweetie that's not her now snap out of it!" I told her. Finally back to her senses she lets go of the girl and shoots her in the back.
"NO!" who I assume is the leader of the Firelights yelled. He runs to the body and shakes her. Angrily he runs towards Jinx and I take out my baton to trip him. Jinx, quickly after that, began to shoot at him before he can hit the floor. Before he could even get shot, one of his comrades took him away.

Jinx was still shooting, going haywire. She shot some goons working with us. "Sweets ya gotta breathe!" I run to her dodging her bullets. I hug her and put my hand on her gun so she could stop.
"I'm here, okay?" Grabbing her face locking her blue eyes and my e/c ones. She calmed down and nodded "Good" I pat her head.

"You were supposed to guard the cargo." Sevika yelled at Jinx more than me. They stared at each other glaring.

'Oh boy'

"She fired on us"
"There are always mishaps in battle. The Firelights were her target and most are dead. Karma was there to help you."
"It wasn't a mishap, she froze up and lost her shit. I could've handled those brats. Karma plays around too much, she watches everything unfold THEN helps us. And Jinx! She's a problem and we all know it."
"We?" Silco asked
"Who's we?" I asked from nowhere and sit on Silco's desk.
"Sevika last time I checked, someone was already frozen before we even got to the party" I smiled at her and laughed.
"You little—"
"Sevika. I expect better from you than excuses. You must have done something for Karma to act that way towards you, in the end she gets the job done. It was your job to make sure things went smoothly." Silco interrupted her.
"And ya failed" I said to just get on her nerves.
"Don't disappoint me/him again" I said along with him. She walks out.
