Freya made her way down the stairs seeing the twins accompanied by the Salvatores and Alaric.
When she reached downstairs the twins quickly rushed to give her a hug.

"Hey girls" Freya took both of them into a hug then looked up to Alaric.

"Girls, why don't you go and hang out in Hope's room?" Alaric suggested.

Lilly turned around and rolled her eyes which Josie caught. She dragged her twin away so she wouldn't start an argument as always.

Everyone waited for the girls to be gone so they could proceed.

"How is she?" Damon questioned immediately. "Where is she?!"

"She's okay, she's upstairs" Freya replied.

"Wait, she's awake?" Stefan asked in a shocked tone.

Freya smiled and nodded. "She's up and going"

All three of them exchanged looks, happy. After all those years she was finally awake.

"Can we see her?! What about the twins?" Alaric joined in.

"I've run every test in the book she's fine you guys can see her first let's go" Freya led the way upstairs.

The three of them followed behind and just as they reached Valeria's room Freya stopped to face them.

"Let me see if she's doing okay because she's still getting used to everything..." Freya said, about to open the door.

"Yeah yeah tell her to take her time" Damon nodded and the blonde smiled and entered the room closing it. "Do you think she'll be okay to see them?"

"I don't know but we have to make sure I don't want to get their hopes up, they're completely clueless that this is why we're here. I mean they're lost every ounce of hope they had" Alaric told him while he shook his head. "They need her there's no one else that can understand them but her"

"Val is okay, she's strong. I know she is okay" Stefan stated and the other too nodded trying to stay positive.

"Val? Are you okay?" Freya entered the room to see her sitting down with Kol while he explained everything that was going on.

Valeria turned to look at her and stood up from her seat. "I'm okay I'm more calm now"

"So they can come in?" Freya asked and Valeria nodded, anticipating to see her brothers. Freya opened the door and stepped aside.

Damon pushed the two of them aside and immediately entered the room to see Valeria standing there with tears forming in her eyes and a big smile on her face. Damon smiled as well and went to hug her tightly.
