Chapter 6

“OMG KATE! I NEED YOUR HELP!” I yelled from my room. As soon as I got home I had to listen to the interior designer guy; it was really a waste of time, all he did was eat out food and drinks. As soon as he left i rushed to my cupboard and looked for something nice but comfortable to wear, so far i have failed. I just cant find a single thing to wear! I heard Kate stomping down the small hallway to my room.

“Yeeeesssssssss? I heard my naaaammmmeee” Kate sung in a singsong voice. I looked up from my clothes annoyed.

“I cant find anything to wear!” I huffed and crossed my floor to sit on my bed. Kate looked at me expetantly.

“We have already been through this. I shall only help you if you tell me who are you are going on this date with” she crossed her arms and smirked at me. I sighed. I couldnt really tell her who i was really meeting. Oh kate I am going on a date with Harry styles from the internationally hottest boy band in the world. I met him at that bar that night when i almost got raped by this guy. Yeah nah. So ive told her that i was going on a proffesional dinner meeting with a friend from UNI. I realised Kate was still waiting for my answer.

“Kate i am not going on a date. I am going to have dinner with a fried from UNI to discuss the assignment we got” She held her head in the air, crossed her amrs and dramatically walked out of the room. Just as she got to my door she turned around and said,

“What a shame that you are lying to me, by the way i know your lying, because i have the perfect outift for you to wear” I closed my eyes and sighed in defeat. Kate which had heard this quickly got excited and ran over and sat on the bed. She grabbed my hands.

“I knew it! Ok i want all the details! Whats his name and how did you meet!?” I looked at her and quickly decided how i should play this.

“His name is Josh and he goes to my UNI and we are going out to a casual dinner to discuss our assignment” she looked a tiny bit disappointed due to it not being a bit more exciting but she got over it quickly.

“Soooo whats he like??” I groaned knowing she would want a huge description. Wow i thought to myself imagine if i had told her it was Harry I was going out to dinner with and not just a friend from UNI. She would probably have a heart attack!

“Kate calm down i cant really discuss this now im running out of time i need to be ready in half an hour and i havnt even found out what im wearing yet?” I looked at her pleading for her to help me. Kate got that determined look in her eyes and nodded.

“Ok have a shower and ill get the outfit out” she said ordering me around. She went to my desk and grabed some of the makeup and inspected it. Well i suppose you dont get called one of the hottest girls in high school for nothing.

About 15 minutes later i wash washed and shaved. My hair was done; Kate had styled it in a very elegent  but it looked messy and casual at the same time.  I was now in Kates room looking on her bed where my outfit lay. There were a really cute pair of denim skinny jeans, an adorable checked flannalette shirt with a a very stylish grey jacket to go on top; which will definitly be need due to the fact that im from Australia and am now living in England, so the weather is freezing! Along with the clothes Kate had gotten for me, she also got a grey scarf; the same colour as the jacket, brow knee high boots. I absolutley loved it. After another 10 minutes i was ready and waiting nervoulsy for Harry. Ok what if he takes one look at me and regrets asking to dinner! Omg he dosnt even know where i live! Why didnt i think of this earlier. Shit. Oh wait he dropped me off that night the asshole tried to rape me, he does know where i live. But what if hes forgotten?! While i was thinking to myself i almost didnt hear the buzzer going off.
