Chapter 5

“So um just stand over there- no Niall over there. And Liam you stand beside him, yeah that’s perfect, Louis if you just jump in behind them” I said grabbing Louis arm and pulling him to where I wanted him to stand. “NowZaynI want you to like kneel on the other side of Niall, that’s great” I said smiling at them all. “Now Harry over there, yeah” Ok that wasn’t that bad, I mean it wasn’t as awkward as it was when I first had to say hello to him and meet the rest of the boys.

(Flashback)

“Um hello, I’m Lauren” I said smiling awkwardly at them all. I deliberately tried to avoid catching Harry’s eyes. The boys on the other a=hand didn’t find it awkward at all.

“Hello my lady” said Zayn winking at me. He grabbed my hand and kissed it. I was so shocked that I just laughed and for some reason I looked at Harry. Harry was staring right at me and winked. I blushed, when Zayn winked at me, I found it amusing, but with Harry it was a different story. I quickly looked away from Harry and back to Zayn. “I’m Zayn, it’s nice to meet you” Zayn was now standing and smiling at me. I smiled back.

“It’s nice to meet you Zayn. I’ve heard of you, you’re the ‘bad boy’”

“Ahahah yes, that is correct” He said with a friendly grin. One by one the rest of the boys came up, until it was Harry. Oh god it’s going to be so embarrassing when he says how we first met. Here we go Harrys walking up to me and he’s going to say how we met and everyone’s going to know how.

“Hello it’s nice to meet you, I’m Harry”

“Hi- wait what!?” I was so confused. Is he playing dumb or did he forget me? Not surprisingly that thought hurt more than it should of.

“It’s nice to meet you” Harry repeated smiling.

“Um yeah it’s nice to meet you too” I said feeling like a fool, thankfully the rest of the boys and Jade was all talking and didn’t really notice this.

But what if he did forget me? I bit my lip and stared off into the distance not realising that I had actually been staring right at Louis. Louis waved his hand in front of my face.

“Ahaha sorry I was just daydreaming” I smiled at Louis.

“I could tell” He said grinning. He was so cute and he was one of, if not, the funniest person I know.

“Ok” I said to the rest of the boys. I was in charge of the whole entire photo shoot. Jade was sitting in a chair in the corner watching the whole thing; she would occasionally pick up her pencil and write something down. “I’m just going to take a couple of shots of you all smiling”

That was how the rest of my morning went. The boys would get into a pose and I would take multiple shots of it until I was happy and then we would continue that routine. When I was packing up the cameras, Harry came up to me.

“Hey you did a really good job” He said. I blushed and didn’t look up at him.

“Really? That’s my first time ever doing an actual professional photo-shoot”

“Yeah, I’m really impressed you sure seems like you had done it before”

“Thank you” I said finally putting the camera stuff away, I stood up and went to pick up the camera, which was in its case, when Harry reached down and picked it up. “I was going to pick it up” I protested. Harry just shook his head and smiled. I sighed “It goes over here” I directed him over to where the camera goes. We walked back towards where my stuff was. The rest of the boys were outside I think, meeting fans or something. I loved it how down to earth they all were.

“So uh I was wondering you wanna go out for lunch or something?” asked Harry with a shy smile. I was in the middle of putting my stuff back in my handbag, when I paused. Are you serious?! Harry freaking Styles is asking me out to lunch!  “So I take it you don’t….?” Harry asked looking a bit crestfallen.

“Wait, yeah um I do…I do want to go to lunch with you, but I can’t, I have to go and meet this interior designer” Kate had booked an interior designer to get our rooms painted. Just my luck.

“Oh” he said looking disappointed.

“Yeah I’m really sorry” I really meant it too. Harry smiled again a bit.

“How about dinner?” Harry looked hopeful. I mean I didn’t have to stay the whole time for the interior design thing.

“Yeah ok sure” I smiled widely. I grabbed my bag and we started to walk out of the room. I turned the lights off and made sure the door was locked before I shut the doors.  Jade had already left so it was up to me. (As I sad that the rest of One Direction was outside, I meant out of the school campus) The walk to the front gates was peaceful, the awkwardness was all gone. When we reached the gate, and were still out of hearing range, Harry spoke.

“So I’ll pick you up at 6?”

“Yeah, sure” I smiled at him; I was starting to feel a bit giddy.

“Harry, Harry over here!” We heard Liam yell. Suddenly there were more screams from the crowd around them. I quickly started to back away, as I didn’t really want to be noticed.

“Seeya” I yelled out to Harry. He smiled me and waved goodbye.

“I’ll see you tonight” he yelled, but not too loud enough for anyone to hear.

“Wait what should I wear?”

“Something comfortable” and with that he turned around and started to walk to the rest of the boys.

Ohhhh so now they're going on a dinner date!! :D I wonder whats going to happen....:D
