A FEW MINUTES LATER

the plane was now about to depart. you knew that when you saw a flight attendant come up to the front, explaining survival stuff.

luckily, this plane also had a small tv/computer screen built-in in the back of the seat—something to keep you entertained for the entire eleven hours. that number still seemed weird to even think about. eleven hour flight—astonishing.

when you felt the plane moving, you unconsciously gripped onto kenma's hand.

he accepted your action and took your hand into his—of course, this only happened after he shot his infamous "oh?" face—a sly smirk plastered on his face.

TIME SKIP
3 HOURS INTO THE FLIGHT

all you'd been doing this three hours was watching movies either from your childhood or stuff you found interesting.

eventually, of course, you got sleepy.

"kenmaaa i'm sleepyyyy"

"then sleep"

"arent you sleepy?"

"of course not y/n"

you just decided to sleep without him

luckily, kenma got business class tickets, so it wasn't too hard to fall asleep.

TIME SKIP #2
6 HOURS INTO THE FLIGHT

it'd already been three hours of you sleeping, and just to kill time, you slept more.
you had 5 whole hours left and nothing to do.

might as well sleep.

however, now you'd felt kenma's arm snake around your waist.

he's probably sleepy at this point too.

TIME SKIP #3
8 HOURS INTO THE FLIGHT

you've now gotten your second meal of the flight. you missed out on the first one since you were asleep. oh well.

you honestly didnt know what you got but it looked and smelled and probably tasted delicious.

you were quite hungry. after all, it has been 8 hours since you last ate.
along with the food, which at this point you knew was fried rice, veggies, garlic bread, and chicken soup, you got a little pastry. how delicious!

of course, you stole kenma's pastry too but he didn't seem to mind. as long as you were somewhat enjoying yourself.

(a/n: by veggies i mean brocoli bc brocoli is so yum but ofc it can be whtv you wish)

THE END OF THE FLIGHT

your 11 hour flight'd finally ended!

in the japanese time zone, it was currently 8:42 P.M.

in the french time zone, it was currently 2:42 P.M.

you and kenma were driving to his house in tokyo. in about 10 minutes, you'll be at his house.

TIME SKIP #5
AT HIS HOUSE

all you came to his house was to relax a bit.
after that, you were on your way to kuroo's house where all those people you'd seen im the groupchat were.

of course, you were excited to see them!

FINAL TIME SKIP
AT KUROO'S HOUSE

"KYANMA!" kuroo called out to kenma

kenma just waved at him with an adorable smile plastered on his face.

"its so good to see ya! been a while, huh?"

"yep."

"is this y/n?"

"yeah, she's my girlfriend"

"kenma, i know"

"HI BESTFRIEND" you yelled out to kuroo.

"OYA" he yelled back

"oya?" you question

"oya oya oya" he proudly declares

as you walk inside, you see everybody!
even lev!

along with some people whom you didnt quite recognise, but whatever! you're fine with finding new friends, here in japan!

afterall, you'd have to get used to them since this was your life now.

as you walk in the room, you see an orange haired boy look at you with a mesmerised look on his face. he practically had sparkles in his eyes

"Y/N!!!"  he yells

"shoyo?"  you question.

"YES!!!"

without hesitation, he comes up to hug you.

you'd wondered if he was always this energetic.

next to him, you see a calm looking boy whom you assumed was tobio.

"nice to see you. i'm tobio kageyama"

"nice to see you, too! i'm y/n l/n!"

"lovely name!"

you hear someone else call out. it was lev!

"LEV??"

"yep!"

"JESUS CHRIST YOURE A LITERAL GIANT"

at your reaction, lev just scratched the back of his head with a smile.

this honestly was way much more comfortable than you'd imagined. it was not so bad at all.
and you were looking forward to the years you'll spend with all these people.

you had to get used to it, this is your life now.
