Seemed like sleep was far away from her eyes.. She got up and went to her cupboard to take out something - something special - a hankerchief, The Hankerchief, which was his!

She just held onto that hanky tightly as if it was her everything at the moment. How she wished it was him instead of that!! She felt if just one time he could come to her, she will hold his hand and never leave again!
There were still many promises to make and fulfill, many wishes and the utmost desire of living TOGETHER!

She laid on her bed, cried, silently but bitterly! Only if he could return to her and wipe her tears with all the love and affection his eyes always reflected for her. 'Only if she could again get lost in his warm touch and feel the peace'. Only if he could return! But she knew THE TRUTH!

She didn't realise when she slept while her face was decorated with dried tear marks. From the past few days this is how she slept, reminiscing all 'their memories'. Sid found her behaviour weird as she talked less than before especially to him.

Sid tried to inquire her but she either avoided his questions or lied to escape. It has even happened - a time or two - that she burst out on him. He could clearly make out she was not in the right state of mind but he thought to leave her alone for sometime yet couldn't resist. Afterall, he was her best buddy!
He even asked Sanju about it but she also, some way or the other, didn't answer him clearly. He definitely knew something was wrong with his girls..
