This was the second secret he was keeping from Jisung. That he was brutally in love with him...since their second year of being roommates. T

He went back to watching him, acting like he was listening to the anecdote Jisung was telling. He had probably heard it before anyway.

A soft, almost non-existent sigh left his lips. Jisung was a stunning man. Minho had watched him grow out of that boyish state of mind. They had explored his fashion style, his preference for food and drinks as well as... his sexuality.

He guessed it was true what the clichés say about college. For Jisung.

Minho didn't get to play in a cliché story. Because, after all, this was real life.

And he knew that there was no lovely-dovely sweet romance waiting for them. He was never going to kiss Jisung and get it returned with the same feelings he felt. The only love he got from Jisung was that of a best friend.

And Minho felt guilty for being so selfish and bratty to want more. There were some moments where he considered confessing; even if that meant that his little happy space would fall apart.

But then he remembered. It wouldn't just tear his heart apart if Jisung said no (which he obviously would say) but the whole group would be awkward. Till the point that parts lost touch with each other and all this would be history.

Minho didn't want that. He was happy to have them as friends and he knew how much every single one of the boys mattered to Jisung. So he didn't confess.

And he will never.

Because if the K-Dramas Hyunjin watched with him taught him one thing, it was that your one-sided love has no right, no place and no time to be cared for by the other person.

It wasn't Jisungs problem that Minho fell for him. It wasn't his turn to heal his wounds that Minho created all by himself. None of this was his fault. Because Jisung cared for him, deeply, as a best friend.
