Ok scratch that story idea my brother had gotten an account and if he wants to write about the characters he can do it himself.
This character should be pretty interesting, the next part may have the same name but they are not quite the same characters.

Background Story:
Draco Malfoy's twin sister. Never really talked to anyone but the Slytherins. Was really into Astronomy. Harry never met her because she was never in his classes. She seemed more like a Ravenclaw but had a serious dark side.
She was into Quidditch but never tried out for the house team. She had ended meeting Luna and became really good friends with her. She had found out about her abilities in her third year. And she had been favorited by Voldemort because of how powerful she was.
Narcissa had actually been really good friends with Lily before she died. Narcissa had asked her to be Nova's godmother.
Nova had grown up to make her father happier than Draco had. She had been the one to give the cursed necklace to Katie Bell, but everyone assumed it had been her brother. She was the one to give it away because her brother had been in detention that day.
She however missed the death of the headmaster because she had been helping her aunt with her daughter. Nobody had really noticed she was gone at the end of the year.
By the time of the war, she had been with her family and the other Death Eaters. When her parents asked Draco to come over, Lucius had said that he was proud that she had stayed with them the whole time.
She had known that Voldemort would not last long without her, she had been the last Horcrux not Nagini, so he had been trying to keep her safe. During Neville's speech, she had went up saying she was sorry but she had to do it. Then stabbed herself with the Basilisk fang.
Her brother was the first to run to her, though she didn't survive. Draco had named his daughter after his sister many years later. Hogwarts had made a special memorial for those who had died, leaving a special area for Nova.
