As soon as we got into the student council room, Felix made me sit on one of the couches while he and the rest of the members looked down on me, which I really don't appreciate. The way that they were looking at me was as if I was someone who was crazy or something.

"What?" I frowned when they look at me for too long. "What is it?"

Marin shook his head. "I don't even know where to start." He said and took in a deep breath before looking at me again. "But I am going to ask this though. Why would you put that guy in the locker?"

I thought back at the event earlier and I shrugged. "Why not?"

"Miss Dupain Cheng, you can't just put people inside lockers for no reason."

"Well, that guy sure did that to the nerd. Why can't I?"

Marin seemed to open his mouth then closed it again. "Uhhh....." He trailed off.

"Enough of that!" Felix butted in. "You can't just bully a bully because he bullied someone. That would make you a bully!! We can't have a bully as a member of this council. Your job is to stop the bullying on the campus and not b-"

While Felix was busy talking, I saw a fly making its way towards me and I frowned as I slapped to kill it. There was a smack as I killed the damn thing. I looked at my hands and saw blood there.

Blech!!

Trying not to make my actions oblivious as I wiped my hand on the couch slowly so they wouldn't notice.

"-understand?" Felix seemed to finish what he was saying as he looked at me expectantly.

I stared at him for a moment before I gave him a sheepish grin and raised a finger."Hehe.....you lost me at the bully part."

"Are you kidding me!? Argh!!" He let out a frustrated grunt and looked at Marin. "Tell me that it wasn't a mistake to make her the peacemaker"

Marin shook his head. "It wasn't. Miss Dupain Just needs to understand that the way she handles it isn't really the right way."

"Pfft! As if the way you guys handled it before was fine." I mumbled, but apparently, I spoke it louder than I intended to because Marin seemed to pause and become quiet again. "Shoot!" I quickly slapped a hand to my mouth.

"Crap."

"Marin no!"

"Marin? Marin? Not again!" Felix grunted before he looked at me furiously. "Really? You just have to say it!^ prime prime

"Well, I wouldn't have if you guys just let me be."

"We can't because you don't know the first thing about being a peacekeeper and it is our job to give you a brief summary of it."

"What if I don't want to hear it?^ prime prime I retorted. Now standing up from the couch to stand face to face with the vice president.

"Then I suggest you get-"

"Stop!! Stop it you two!!" Allegra stood between us and pointed both Felix and I a warning glare. "I swear if you two won't shut up I will personally kick you both out myself!!" Her threat really didn't strike me as much since she looked so harmless with her gentle face.

Allegra must have had a gist of what I was thinking because she was suddenly leering at me. "Trust me, I am scarier than I look." She said. Something in her voice suddenly sent chills down my spine. She developed some sort of dangerous aura in her that I had to fight the urge to take a step back. Felix seemed pretty tensed up while Claude was quiet as he avoided any eye contact.

But just as soon as the dark aura appeared it quickly vanished when Allegra grinned and clapped her hand cheerfully. "Alright then! Lunch time~!" She said in a singsong voice that made me wonder if what I just felt a while ago was real or just my imagination. But one thing is clear to me.

I'm the only normal one around here.

***

Lunch with the student council was pure torture. Everyone kept talking and sharing their food. Passing it here and there for the other to eat. Plus, if they offered you food, you can't refuse or they would forcefully place the dang food on your hands.

That or Allegra would turn into that evil doll that looks a lot like Annabelle.

While we were eating, we discussed how we are going to meet my aunt. We made plans that we would meet each other after school at a nearby cafe around 5:30 PM since they needed to change.

So, after school, I went straight home and change into some more comfortable clothes; legging, sweatshirt, sneakers, and a beanie so no one would recognize me outside of school. I waited outside the cafe with my phone in hand in case they would text me or something. I constantly look at my watch to check for the time.

I was 15 minutes early.

Well damn.

I pursed my lips and pulled out my earphones and started to listen to some random music on shuffle. I was feeling a little awkward standing here all alone so when people walk past me, I pretended that I would be texting with someone when all I really type was 'aiwbfiwngaeciachwnocahwo'.

I have no life , I sure as damn don't text anyone other than triplets and some fake friends who invites me for parties.

While I was busy listening to music and trying not to look like a loser, I saw a guy walk up to me. Immediately, I ducked my head and pretended to text once again.

"Hi." He said and beamed at me with a set of pearly white teeth and showing off his dimples.

I looked at him. Blonde hair and blue eyes. A strong jaw and a perfectly angular nose. He was wearing a gray shirt that tightly fits his body and showing off some muscles. He doesn't seem to be someone from my school or someone I know so maybe he was talking to someone else?

But there's no one here beside me.

"Um....Hi miss." This time, he was closer to me and completely invading my private space. "Do you have a band-aid?" He asked.

I frowned at the closeness and felt a bit irritated. What am I a clinic!? I have no freaking band aid!

"No." I said shortly and went back to checking my watch. It's already 5:34!! Where are they!?

"Because I just scraped my knee falling for you." The stranger said.

I looked at him in confusion. "What? Dude, back off!! I did not trip you, okay? You must have mistaken me for another person."

The guy laughed. "Do you have a map? I'm getting lost in your eyes."

"Then buy a freaking GPS!!" Weirdo.

"Is your daddy a Baker? Because you've got some nice buns!"

"No actually. He's a business man ."

"Excuse me, but I think I dropped something. MY JAW!^ prime prime

"Gross. You better have that check at a doctor

ASAP."

"Is there a rainbow today? I just found the treasure I've been searching for!"

"Cool. Do you see any Leprechauns too? You know, those little green-clothed men who dance around the pot of gold."

"Can I borrow your cell phone? I need to call animal control because I just saw a fox!"

"Holy Poo!!" I screamed and turned around. "Where!?"

The guy laughed. "Miss, I was trying to flirt with you." He said. Amusement was evident in his eyes as he looked at me. I didn't respond and only stared at him like he was crazy or something. The stranger chuckled. "I guess you don't like flirty boys, huh? Sorry."

I didn't speak to him and just looked at him wordlessly. Seriously, those guys need to hurry up. I don't care if the guy in front of me is hot just get me out of this situation!

^ prime prime Um.... by the way, I don't mean to sound creepy or anything but what's your name?" He asked, looking slightly embarrassed as he did.

One thing I learned through reading is that you should never give your name to strangers, so just make something up and play it safe. "Waldo."
