To remind yourself that you are feeling too much sadness and feeling to little happiness.

Have you ever felt like you need to control yourself??
Have you ever felt that you don't need to control yourself?? Oh irony.
Because you've been controlled your whole life and you just reduce it to what you need is a reminder.

Reminder that you don't need to feel bad for feeling too much and too little different emotions.
Reminder that it's okay to switch into different emotions often.

To remind yourself that you need to recognize and feel the emotions circling within you so even when it's overwhelming you still understand something about yourself even when you think you don't know yourself.

To remind that it's okay to control yourself or to let loose yourself.

To remind yourself that you are your own weaknesses and strengths, and you need to understand yourself to gain control on yourself, and that's okay, eventually having your own freedom within yourself.

Accept what you're feeling, accept your emotions.
