Chapter 7: Suprise!

Anurag and Sonakshi returned home around 10:30 pm. Naina and Sujal were sitting on the sofa and waiting for them. Anurag and Sonakshi came in tip teoed thinking that their parents would be asleep as the lights were off. Intentionally, Sujal and Naina held their children's wrists from behind. Naina held Anurag's and Sujal Sonakshi's. Both of their children gave a quick and good response impressing their parents. They both grabbed the nearest solid thing and were about to hit and twisted their wrists in a particular way in order to release them from the holders hands. They were about to hit their parents when,

Sujal: Maarna mat! Hum dono hai!

Sujal and Naina left their children's hands and stood up laughing. One of the servants turned on the lights. Anurag and Sonakshi looked at their parents laughing and being proud of the response they received from their children on the prank that they played. All four of them hugged each other.

Naina: I'm so proud of you both! Meri di hui tips aur classes yaad hai tum dono ko!

Sujal: Ab pakka hai ki tum dono ko koi tang nahi kar paenga!

Anurag: Mumma! Papa! Agar humne aap dono ko galti se inn cheezo se (picked up the respective things they had grabbed up in the air) maar diya hota toh?!

Sonakshi: Aisa kyu kiya aap dono ne?!

Naina: Arre baap re! Hum toh bas dekhna chahte the ki kaise reach karoge tum dono!

Sujal: Sach bole toh bohot maza aaya! Par the kaha tum dono?

Anurag: Papa woh Kamini hai na..

Sujal&Naina: Oooo..Kamini..

Anurag: Mumma! Papa!

Sonakshi: mai batati hu! Kamini ko humari madad ki zarurat thi, usse ek family function ke liye dress khareedna tha aur as such ek perfect dress mil hi nahi raha tha humme! Toh bas, dhoondhte dhoondhte der ho gaya..

Anurag: Hum usse uske ghar chodke aa rahe the ki humme jam mil gaya, isiliye aur late ho gaye..

Sujal: Chalo koi baat nahi! Apne dost ki madad karna koi kanooni jurm nahi!

Naina: Ab chalo sab soo jaate hai!

They all headed to sleep. Sujal and Naina first made sure that their children were asleep before heading to their bedrooms.

The next 3 days went by with Anurag and Sonakshi mostly busy but everyday they were doing something special for both of their parents. It was that day morning, Naina had gone for a jog and Sujal had decided not to join her that day. There was a ring on the door. He thought that it was Naina, maybe she decided to shorten her jog! He opened the door just to realise that Naina hadn't returned instead it was,

"SUJAL!! Kaise ho mere dost!"

Sujal's eyes widened! He was very happy to have this person home!

Sujal: NAVEEN!!

The two boys hugged each other tight. They both had missed each other soo much!

Sujal: Naveen! Tum! What a suprise!

Naveen: Kaise nahi aata! Chutti le kar aaya hu especially tum dono ke liye! Aur of course, mere pyare Anu aur Shona ke liye!

Anurag & Sonakshi: Naveen Mama!!

They both came running to him and hugged him. Anurag took Naveen's luggage to Naveen's room and Sonakshi went inside the kitchen to bring water for him, meanwhile Sujal and Naveen went inside and sat on the sofa talking to each other. Everyone were very happy and busy in talking that the children forgot about their college. Naveen was telling them about the recent posting and the local stories and memories he created. They both were reminded about their college when Naina came back home after jogging.
