"sit down"
she said
i sat
in dread
"the chair is him"
and i went grim
"speak to it"
"state the words"
"say whatever"
"it will work"
i turned away
and gathered up
courage, pain,
Cobwebs, dust
and back i went
i turned around
i faced it all
i took the crown
I kicked the chair
across the room
and looked at her
with no more gloom
"it worked"
i said
she nods her head
"and all of it
was just pretend"
