Becca ran quickly up the stairs, her heart still pounding heavily in her chest. She knocked heavily on the door and smiled anxiously as the door swung open, Penelope beaming at her.
"Come in, my love," she chirped happily. "What's so urgent?" She was about to close the door when she heard a shout from the stairwell, and poked her head around the door to see Emily walking quickly towards her. "My liege?" Penelope said softly, her voice laced with confusion.
Penelope closed the door as the two of them turned to Becca, who was sat quietly on the sofa, her eyes darting between her friends.
"Did you get what I asked for?" Becca asked softly. Emily nodded, reaching into her purse and pulling out a pregnancy test.
"Oh!" Penelope exclaimed loudly. "Right..."

"How long is left?" Becca asked nervously, pacing Garcia's lounge as Emily checked her watch.
"A minute," Emily sighed. "Beck, what's going through your head right now?" Becca let out a loud laugh.
"Sheer terror," she chuckled, shaking her head.
"You know what I mean," Emily smiled encouragingly.
"Yeah," Becca nodded. "Honestly? I don't know. My mind changes about five times every minute. I mean, come on Em, you know me, I'm not exactly what you'd call the maternal type," she sighed.
"Beck, you would make an amazing mother," Emily insisted, drawing another laugh from Becca.
"I can barely take care of myself! This is no exaggeration, once I burned baked beans, and believe me, that is the extent of my cooking expertise," she laughed.
"Being a mother isn't all about cooking, you know that right?" Penelope said softly, laying her hand gently against her friends arm. "You're kind, and you're smart, and you're wonderful, and those things matter more than your culinary skills," she assured her. "Plus, you have Spencer Reid by your side! You know, the clue is in the term genius, there is literally nothing that boy doesn't know," she laughed.
"I know, but I don't even know how he..."
"Beck, don't even," Emily interrupted. "The man loves you to death. And he's always wanted kids."
"But what if..." Becca started.
"Nope, time's up," Emily announced. Becca took a deep breath, blowing the air from her lungs slowly, shakily.
"I can't do it," Becca muttered. "One of you read it, I can't look," she shook her head, running her hands nervously through her hair.
Penelope and Emily paused, looking at each other before Penelope made her way across the room, picking up the test and the instructions. She examined them closely for a few seconds before looking at Becca.
"It's negative," she said quietly. Becca and Emily froze, glancing at each other.
"It's negative?" Becca whispered. Penelope nodded silently. "Ok, well that's, that's good. It's probably for the best," she nodded. "I mean, you know, I'm not ready for a baby," she chuckled. "Who was I kidding?" She paused, taking a deep breath and looking at Penelope. "It's negative?"
"No, it's positive," Penelope said simply. Becca froze, her eyes filling with tears.
"What?" She breathed.
"Yeah, I was lying before," Penelope smiled innocently.
"You... you were lying?" Becca chuckled.
"This way you know how you really feel about it," Penelope explained. "Don't you watch Friends?"Becca raised her eyebrows, glancing at Emily, who simply shrugged. "So? How do you feel? Are you going to do this?"
