I'm inside just looking around the room since both my sisters are occupied with their men I guess you could say and I look to see if I can spot Krew and Gavin and Gavin is walking toward me while Krew is upstairs having a drink looking down
"Hey Serena enjoying the night" he ask me
"Yeah not to bad I mean if we're honestly speaking it hard thinking that mostly everyone here is a shapeshifter" I say
"Well just cause we're shapeshifters doesn't mean we're not similar as you can see" he says
"Yeah I can tell I've met nice people tonight" I say
"So do you want to dance? he ask with his hand out
"Yeah sure why not Gavin, let's go" I say
We get to the dance floor and start dancing and I'm not gonna lie I was thinking Gavin would have no rhythm but to my surprise he knows what he's doing I start to laugh
"Whats so funny Serena I like laughing too" he says
"I thought you'd have no rhythm so I'm surprised you can dance" I say
, Haha I know my body doesn't seem like it could move I don't blame you and actually when I was younger I had to left feet that dad actually put me in class where did you learn?" he says laughing
"Actually I used to spend alot of my time dancing in my room with Emme and Natasha they let Natasha take classes because they thought it was important for her to learn while me and emme stayed home but she taught us wherever she learned" I say
"I'm being honest I don't regret killing your parents" he says nonchalantly
"I don't disagree with that statement actually" we both laugh and we're having fun asking little questions here and there while dancing until I feel Gavin come to a halt
"Hey whats wrong?" I ask
"Serena why is that guy with Emme?" he ask very seriously so I turn to check out what's he talking about
"Oh Colton that's the guy she was talking to you about this morning" I say to him
"Him that's who she was scared would reject her!" he ask
"Yes and with them holding hands I think that rejecting thing didn't happen I'm happy for her" I say
"So you are telling Colton that blonde dude is emme mate and he didn't reject her" he says
"Yes that exactly what I'm saying is something wrong?" I ask
"Shit!!! Noooo please say this a joke of imagination" Gavin says and runs to Krew when I'm about to ask until I hear
"Are you fucking kidding me?" Krew yells and I turn to see him charging at emme and Colton
"Krew wait let me explain" Colton pleads
"No fucking way this is just icing on the fucking cake" Colton Krew yells again
"Krew not here let's go somewhere private please" Gavin says pulling his hand
Krew walks out to another room with Gavin and we watch Colton follow them
"Do you not get it Colton I don't want you near me I should kill you! and then you are trying to fucking tell me the moon goddess happeneds to magically out of all the people on this entire earth your mate and my mate are related" he continues yelling
"Yes Krew I am not lying to you I know you hate me but what do you want me to do reject her you know what that is like" Colton says
"Oh fuck that's a, joke I know you kind Colton they kill people like her you and your so called buddy max know that" Krew says
"Krew you are upset but listen we didn't plan this okay just like you don't pick your pack" Max says
"Shut up Max I don't care for your opinion or to listen to you and now I have to deal with you and your gonna tell me Natasha is your mate this must be karma fucking joke" Krew says
"I'm not like them the rest of the pack neither is my dad and Max Krew I knew you refuse to listen to anything I say but it's the truth I won't let anything happen to her I promise" Colton says
"I don't give a fuck your words don't mean shit to me! Emme if you care for your life and don't want liar Id run fuck you and your family" Krew says throwing his arms up and leaving
"Krew wait explain to me please let me help" I ask
"Leave me the fuck alone Serena I knew I hated humans for a reason I shouldn't have fucking forgotten" he says and just shapeshifts and runs away in animal form
And we all, watch him go while Gavin just runs his hands through his head and sighs
"Gavin I'm not trying to cause problems this wasn't something I planned" he says looking worried
"Colton this just isn't easy okay and I gotta be on his side too he's my mate but I see where you coming from but I gotta go Serena and Natasha let's goo emme I don't know what you wanna do with getting home" Gavin says
"I can take her home" Colton says
"Whatever sure when you get there I'll come get her at the gate don't come in this night is already a colossal mess" he says
We all follow Gavin out and I give emme a hug because she looks like she wants to cry
