"Daddy, tomorrow is career's day". Blu said to me, as I closed the story book I had just finished reading for them.

"Yes, Daddy. And our teachers said we should come with our parents, tomorrow". Indigo said to me as he sat up in bed, holding his toes while he sat on his legs in a yoga style, his wet hair forming curls around his forehead while the longer hair clinged to his skin on his neck.

The only thing that helped me tell them apart was the colour of their eyes and their personalities which I haven't totally understood.

I sat on Blu's bed, who looked so exhausted in his duvet while he looked at me, his eyelids already drooping.

"Career's day?" I asked them, not because I didn't hear them, I just wanted them to chorus an answer together.

"Yes". They both chorused.  The chills that went down my spine, was so... undescribably beautiful. Sometimes, I still find it hard to believe that I'm a father to these young lads.

"What do you want to be, Blu?" I asked one of my boys, whose blue eyes were being gradually covered by his heavy eyelids.

"I want to be a businessman". His tired voice replied me.

"A businessman?" I asked again, surprised at his answer and he nodded like it was very much obvious. I was expecting him to say a lawyer or an accountant or a doctor.

But a businessman?

"Why do you want to be a businessman?" I asked him, staring at his little toes as they curled and uncurled themselves.

"Daddy, Bluy has slept".  Indigo calling my attention to Blu who was already sleeping, his gentle little snores could be heard if you carefully listen.

I sighed in confusion as I tucked his hands away into his boss baby themed duvet.  I stood up from his bed and sat on Indigo's, who was still very much awake.

"Are you coming tomorrow, Daddy?" Indigo asked, his bright grey eyes locking with mine.

"Yes, Indie. I'm coming to represent mummy tomorrow". I assured him, ruffling his hair gently but his grey eyes looked at me with surprise and shock.

"Mummy?" He asked, his small head tilting to the side as he made it so obvious that he was confused.

"Yes, Indie. Mummy. Everybody has a mummy. Including you and Bluy". I tried to explain it to him in the simplest way I could.

"But Tyler said that not everybody has a mummy. He said he has two Daddies" He told me so innocently that I couldn't help but coe in confusion, though.

"Well son, everyone has a Daddy and a mummy. But when you grow older, you'll realise why some people have two Daddies and some have two mummies and some even have animals for parents". I explained to him.

Suddenly, he became all giddy and excited, crawling up to my side, he sat right beside me, his little legs daggling over his bed, trying to copy my bed posture, while I gave him the what's-gotten-into-you look.

"What does mummy look like, Daddy? Is she pwetty?" Indigo asked me, his grey eyes shone brighter than before, grinning from ear to ear and swinging his hanging legs with so much excitement, my heart couldn't help but warm at him. He was so eager to know what his mother looks like.

"Your Momma is the most beautiful woman on Earth. She took your eyes and looks exactly like you. She's independent, courageous and even more beautiful than you think. Her beautiful long hair passes her shoulders, bouncing anytime she's running in a hurry, her eyes look just like the stars, her very smile is so divine and when she laughs, she laughs just like you" I said to him before I suddenly attacked his sides with my fingers and he gave his beautiful little laughter, turning from side to side like an earthworm in salt and laughing so hard. His laughter was a rhythm to my ears but I had to stop when Blu turned in his covers. He didn't stop laughing though, his laughter just reduced in intensity.
