Srijit whispered at Himani's ear , "Can I come in ?" Himani moved inches away from him . She became nervous but adjusted herself quickly . She gave him a little smile and asked him to come in . He entered the room and observed every corner of it . She could understand that , then she said ,"Uncle , please sit ." He turned to her and smiled . He sat down on a chair as she requested . After a minute of silence , Himani spoke up nervously ,"D-do you want te-ell something?" He said ,"Good question . Yes , I have came here in your room to have a talk with you . After all , I am meeting you after months . I have gifts for you ." As he said he took out a long rectangular box and the other was chocolates . She was happy to see the gifts but still she had question to ask , so she asked him , "Uncle , why are you giving me all these ? Your presence is the gift to me . I don't..." He interrupted her by making a 'sush' sound and said , "You are just like my daughter . Can't I give a gift to my daughter ?" He made a sorrow face . Then she took the gifts . They started to talk about manythings like his childhood , her last few months of life , her likes and dislikes , etc .
After sometime , he ended up the talking and was going to move outside but suddenly he turned back and said her , "Remember to not trust anyone around you how close they are that does not matter. Goodbye ."
Her mood was changed after a long talk . Her eyes went on the books that she had got from her father . She took the books and got up on bed . There were a language book , a little dictionary , a book about living elements and atlast a story book , according to her . She started to read the books but could not understand the meanings . So she kept all the books on the table except the story book .
After reading few paragraph , she realised it was a history book . She threw it at the table and went near the big windows and sat beside it . She took out the chocolate that was gifted by her uncle and started to eat it . She loved the taste of the dark chocolate as she had never have in her life till then . She remembered that the next day would going to be exciting ...
