I opened my eyes and looked around.... is this heaven? then I felt a stinging pain all over my body after that I felt myself screaming in pain..if I am dead this is hell 100%!
after some time a girl whit red hair and a sleepy expression entered the room
"nye.. who is screaming..oh" she looked at me whit no emotion I was trying to stop screaming but it was impossible "you woke up now huh? well I guess I have some MP left"eh? mp?
the girl did something whit her hand and most the pain and injuries vanished
I realized something and backed away,she is a witch! she should burn! but she saved my life...she must think that I am a fool so she wants to trick me! that must be it!
"W-witch! back away! or else I will use my neo akido on you!" the girl looked offended "enough whit staying in character miss,we aren't that era anymore'
era? what does she means? "e-era? are you trying to trick me!? well guess what I am not falling for it you demon!"
the girl walked up to me and slapped me "ok seriously! stop that I just saved your life and that's how you repay me? how rude" I held my face where she slapped me "i-" the short red girl sat down "answer some questions for me since I am curious about your situation"...uh I guess I should do it right brain? DON'T YOU DARE DO IT TENKO- ok brain I will!
"o-ok" she smiled and seemed happy that I wasn't insulting her anymore obviously i Still don't trust her alot but I will play along for now
"first question how did you ended up in the killer vines"FUCK HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO ANSWER- "i-its personal sorry' good job tenko!
"I understand,second question from where do you come from?' can I answer this question brain? yep answer "I come from the kingdom of kurihoshi!" the girl stayed silent then she spoke "I meant out of character' I was cunfused like really cunfused what does that means?
we stared at eachother akwardly then I asked "uh...what do you mean miss?" "I mean you are cosplaying right now so" "what's that?" she looks at me and then she asked
"what year was it before you came here?"

I was talking to the girl then a question flew out of my mouth,what year was before she came here? dang it himiko smart question
"uh 2022 why?"
yep I asked a smart question great
"nothing I just thought you might had time traveled or something because of how you are dressed And you don't know what cosplay is"

"oh well I am curious now soo can I know what that is?"
thank god tsumigi isn't here otherwise she would have exploded because of how happy she would have been
"it's basically dressing up as some characters or people"

"nope anyway sorry if I am rude but why are you dressed as a jester? and what is that kingdom that you mentioned earlier?"
she took sighed and looked at me like I was an Idiot
"I am the jester obviously don't you have one in your kingdom too?"
"uh there aren't kingdoms anymore"
"huh?! what do you mean?!" she looked really REALLY confused and scared
"where was your kingdom?'
"uh we had some pretty high mountains and then we had that damned forest...so pretty much there"
I nodded so she is from the cursed land,lots of explorers whitout magic died there and nobody saw them again even if now magic is more common and normal and we could easily go there People are Still scared of going there... "ok now last question what's your name?'
"Uh I am Tenko chabashira! nice to meet you and thank you also for saving my life"
she smiled but still her eyes looked a bit cold but meh whatever
"I am himiko yumeno and I am a mage not a witch got it?'
she nodded
after some silence she asked me
"so uh..are there more magical people other than wi- I meant mages?"
oh right she must be curious
"eh? oh yea there are shapeshifters, ghosts and we also have vampires here"
she looked scared as I mentioned vampires,I chuckled at that "you scared? didn't you had your neo akido?"
"H-hey! shut up!'
"alright.. Anyways how did you learned akido?"
"oh well my master teached me he was the previous court jester and he wanted to help me in case that... males tried something bad'
Hm she hates guys? wasn't expecting that
"oh cool Anyways I want to ask if you want to stay whit me for a bit? I mean you have to recover completely Which I can't help whit my magic and you have to know more about this place"
she thought foor a minute or two but in the end she accepted
"But I don't want to be a burden! I could help you whit things and try to raise money if you want'
that wasn't a bad idea at all
"of course you can help I'm pretty lazy so that is really nice of you thank you'
she smiled at me still not completely honest because I think she doesn't trust me but I guess she haves to adapt
