"You liar!" Kugisaki and Yuuji exclaimed
Y - This isn't Roppongi
N - It's a cruel move to toy with country folk
Both of them looked at me, encouraging me to complain to my father as well. I just sighed.
K - There's a big cemetery nearby. That plus an abandoned building equals a curse.
I spoke as Kugisaki continued her tantrum behind us.
Y - So, they pop up more often around graves. Wow, how'd you know that Karma-chan? We only got here yesterday and we haven't learnt anything yet.
F - It's not the cemetery itself. It's the fact that people associate cemeteries with fear and uneasiness.
Y - Right, it was the same for schools two. Wasn't it?
N - Wait, hold up here. He didn't even know that yet?
F - To be honest...
N - They swallowed a special grade cursed object?! GROSS! That's so disgusting and unsanitary I wanna hurl! No way! No way! No way! No way!
Y - THAT'S NOT NICE!
F - I agree with her, gomen Karma-san.
Everyone turns to look at me, to see I was already looking at my shoes.
N - Oh, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to offend you.
Y - What?! So, you aimed that only me?!
N - Yes! I want to be her friend!
I feel a tap on my shoulder, I look up to see none other than my dad. I give him a sad smile, he gives me a sympathetic look.
G - Hey, you know what? I thought what you did was really brave and ballsy. So, who cares what other people think?
He whispers. I give him a more enthusiastic smile and hug him discreetly.
K - Thank you, dad.
G - Anytime.
He stands back up and stands in front of me once again. I look to the side, to see Megumi-san already looking at me, he gives me a small smile and mouths 'sorry, i didn't mean to offend you.' I mouth back 'it's fine, i guess i need to get used to it.'
G - I want to know what the 4 of you are capable of. Juust think of this as a kind of "field test". Nobara, Yuuji, and Karma go exorcise the curse inside that building.
Kugisaki groans, I believe in disgust at having to work with the two people who ate a cursed finger...
Y - Hold on, I thought only curses could exorcise curses. Karma and I can't use Jujutsu yet.
G - If you look at it, both you and Karma are basically half a curse already. Cursed energy flows through your body. Although, controlling that energy isn't something you can learn overnight. So, use this.
I look towards Megumi, he looks uncertain and displeased at this action... and actually a little bit scared. While, Yuuji looks at the sheathed weapon with excitement and wonder.
G - This... is 'Slaughter Demon'
It has a name? pfft- it's a pretty cool name though... I look down at my katana thinking if I should name it as well...
G - Karma-chan, don't worry I didn't forget about you. Here, this is thun-
K - Umm. Would this work instead?
I unsheathed my katana as everyone just stares at me in disbelief.
Everyone elses POV:
*WHY DOES SHE HAVE A KATANA ON HER PERSON? AND WHAT IS WITH THAT INNOCENT LOOK IN HER EYES?!*
Back to Karma's POV:
G - U-uh, can I see that for a second?
I hand him my katana as he stares at with wide eyes. (She can see his eyes through their blindfolds)
G - K-Karma, where'd you get this?
K - I've had it ever since I was given to Ms. Mitsuki. She said that mum left it in my carrier when she gave me up.
Dad stares at the weapon, tears brimming his eyes.
G - Haha, this'll work perfectly Karma-chan.
He says as he hands back the weapon with every ounce of care he can muster.
N - Ugh, how lame. "Slaughter Demon"? C'mon lets get this done with.
G - Oh, one more thing. Don't let Sukuna out, okay? If you two use him, he'll get rid of all the curses in this area. But, anyone nearby will get dragged in.
Y - You got it, we won't let him out.
N - Would you hurry it up?! Y - Alright, alright.
G - Have fun, okay Karma-chan you need to go to just stick with Nobara, kay?
I nod at him before finding myself walking along side Kugisaki
N - Wah! When did you get there?! K - Just then, let me introduce myself properly. Kon'nichiwa, watashinonamaeha Gojo Karma desu. (Hello, my name is Gojo Karma.) It's a pleasure to meet you.
N - Hehe, Kugisaki Nobara, it's a pleasure to meet you too. I can't wait to be your friend.
She gave me the most beautiful smile as we stopped at a stare case.
