It's Christmas morning and we are all sitting around the Christmas tree ready to open presents.
"Ok, so Elle and I both got you guys gifts I think you guys will love" Jack says looking at Paige and I who are sitting next to each other with my head resting on her shoulder.
Elle hands me my gift first and I start to open it. Once I open it I realize it's a UConn basketball jersey.
"No way!" I say excitedly "Oh my God and it's Paige's number too!!" I say seeing the number on the front
"Look at the back" Elle says laughing at my excitement
I turn the jersey around and see it has "Bueckers" across the back. "NO WAY! A CUSTOM PAIGE JERSEY, I LOVE IT" I scream excitedly jumping up and down
"My number 1 supporter right there" Paige says laughing at how excited I am
"I'm gonna wear this to every game" I say
Jack then hands Paige her present and when she opens it it's a custom Uconn Softball jersey with my name on the back
"No way! I'm gonna wear this to all your games. Number 1 supporter right here. #8 on the field but #1 in my heart" she says jokingly which makes me laugh at her silliness
"Alright my gifts next" I say
I hand out the gifts I got everyone in front of them and Jack and Elle open theirs first.
"Let's gooo, I got some Uconn gear I can rep" Elle says holding up the shirt I got her
"I got a pair of golf shoes, these are so cool" Jack says looking at every inch of the shoe
"Thank you" Elle and Jack both say
"You're welcome" I tell them
Next up is Mr. Bueckers and Drew. Mr. Bueckers opens his first and he has a big smile on his face when he does
"I needed a Uconn softball hat! This is perfect! I will cheer you on at every game! Thank you!" he says happily pulling me in for a side hug
"No problem, I always saw you wearing a UConn basketball hat, so I thought this would be perfect" I say chuckling
"I love it" he says
"WOAH, LOOK WHAT I GOT" Drew yells excitedly looking at the box of the mini basketball hoop
"Do you know what that is buddy" Paige says to him
"Yea, it's the basketball hoop I broke Pey's ankles on" he says
"Hey, you did not break my ankles" I defend
"Did too" he says
"Did not"
"Did to-"
"-I am not listing to this again" Paige says stopping us from bickering with each other which makes me laugh
"Who's next" I ask
"You" Paige says handing me a box to open
I carefully unwrap the box and I notice it's a Nike box
"You didn't" I say looking at Paige not believing she bought me like $400 shoes
"Maybe I did" she says smirking at me
I open the box and look at the shoes inside
