The night of the party. The party at the Madrigal's house, you weren't really keen on social gatherings, but you felt you needed to become more confident. So with that, you accepted the invitation. Well, that is sort of a lie. You only accepted because you knew that one very attractive Madrigal would be there.. what was her name again? Julieta? Yes, that's it. Julieta Madrigal. You have had very strong feelings for her ever since you first saw her in town last year, you just haven't gained the confidence to speak up to her. Maybe tonight could be your night.

You arrive at the door belonging to the house of the Madrigals. Many children and adults scattered around the house are having fun, you suddenly start to regret coming here. You give Alma your invite and she quickly welcomes you inside. Families dancing to the music, disco lights, wine, buffets, you were starting to get overwhelmed. You quickly look around in desperation, trying to find someone you knew. You see a woman, her hair up in a bun, tanned skin, a beautiful long blue slit dress flowing down to her feet. She turns around and that's when you realised it was her, Julieta Madrigal. You both lock eyes for a few moments and you feel a spark. She blinks and breaks out of her gaze, smiling and waving at you. You wave back awkwardly and watch as she walks towards you. Shit.. what do you say!?

"Hello! Welcome to our party! How are you finding this evening so far?" She says, smiling kindly. Your eyes scan her body, taking in how beautiful she was.
"Y-Yeah um.. it's going well." You reply, stumbling on your words as she takes a sip of her wine.
"Are you here with anyone?"
"Actually.. um, no I'm not. Ahaha.. all alone!" You say as she chuckles at your response, wow, she was stunning.
"Well.. I could always change that." She speaks with a friendly tone and you nod, looking at how nicely done her makeup was. Wait.. was she flirting with you? No way. She was way out of your league.. right?
"S-Sure!" 
"Oh yeah! My name is Julieta, Julieta Madrigal!"
"Nice to meet you, Julieta. My name is Y/N."
"That's a beautiful name for a beautiful person." She winks and smiles at you. Okay yeah, she is definitely flirting with you. You laugh awkwardly and feel your face flush red.
"Do you like wine, Y/N?"
"Yeah, I only really drink on special occasions though."
"And this isn't a special occasion?"
"You're right." You say as she passes you a glass of wine. She holds her glass up for you to clink and you do.
"Cheers!" She says before chugging her wine down her throat. You drink yours soon after.

She grabs another glass and sips it, handing you one. You take the glass and hold it in your hand.
"Well, what do you wanna do first?" She says, allowing you to take the lead.
"Oh gosh, there's too much to pick from." You reply and she giggles. You look away for a second and hear a bang come from the wall next to you. You quickly flick your gaze to the wall and notice Julieta being pinned against the wall by a strange man.
"Hello, beautiful." The man says, leaning in to kiss her neck. Julieta moves a little to try and dodge the kisses but it doesn't work, she squeezes her eyes as the man sucks on her neck. This doesn't feel right to you.
"Hey! Back off!" You raise your voice and the man pulls away from her neck, diverting his eyes to you.
"And why do you care what I do to her!?"
"Because.. she's my girlfriend!" You blurt out, the whole room goes silent and a few gasps come from the people around you. Julieta quickly looks at you, her eyes widened. You look at her and mouth "Just go along with it." and she nods defiantly. 
"Is that so?" The man asks, grabbing Julieta by the arm roughly and throwing her towards you. You catch her in she arms and she whimpers as she falls into your grasp. 
"Prove it, then!" The man shouts and clenches his fists.

You look down at Julieta and she looks at you, her legs trembling. She nods, understanding what you're asking to do. You gulp before leaning in to kiss her, before you do:
"I'm sorry for this, Julieta." You whisper against her lips and she smiles.
"It's okay, if it will save me from that man, I don't mind." She says before closing the gap between your lips. Gasps can be heard around you as you stay like that for a few more seconds, her lips are tender and soft, just how you imagined them to be.

You both pull away and you look at her, and she looks at you. You look at the man who is clenching his fists, staring at you both.
"Fine then! Let's go boys." He walks away, his friends following behind him. Julieta grabs your hand and pulls you into the kitchen and rubs her temples.
"I'm so sorry.."
"It's fine.. I didn't really mind the kiss." She replies, turning to face you. Your eyes widen as you see her walking towards you.
"R-Really?" Your face flushes red. She finishes her wine with a gulp and sets her glass down next to you. She gets closer to you, you feel her warm breath against your face.
"Really." She says as she looks at your lips. All of a sudden, you smash your lips against hers, for the second time that night. She moans quietly into your mouth as you kiss her, driving you wild. You push her against the table and she jumps up on it, sitting on the edge. You keep kissing her, wrapping your arms around her waist. She wraps her arms around your neck and pulls you in even closer, your bodies now touching. Suddenly, you hear footsteps coming towards the kitchen. You both quickly pull away, she hops off of the table and runs across the room, whilst you try to act as normal as possible.

You look at the entrance and see Pepa standing there.
"Hey, sis." Pepa says, a glass of wine in her hand.
"H-Hey Pepa! How can I help you?" Julieta says, trying to keep her cool.
"Do you have any food? We ran out of food at the buffet."
"Oh yeah.. here." Julieta hands her a tray of varied foods and snacks, Pepa smiles at her sister before walking back out of the room. 

Julieta turns back to you, a smirk on her face.

"So, where were we?~"
