(A/n: hello! This is the first bonus chapter that will be uploaded. I've met a block rn so I decided to post this one. Do know that bonus chapters are very short, this one is an 800 words only. This story is how Yuu and Mino became friends. Enjoy)
*Mino pov*
"So on this project you'll be working with the person I've assigned you with" our teacher finished.
I looked over to the blonde girl next to me. She sat there not a care in the world, I'm not even sure if she was paying attention. She wore u.a.'s uniform but didn't have her jacket on, nor was there a sign of a tie. While she seemed to not care for her outward appearance she looked almost perfect. She had beautiful long flowing hair and a radiant energy that gave off of her.
"So it seems well be working together. I'm-"
"Mino Yaoyorozu. Quirk: creation. An all-around soft ass, this is definitely gonna be an experience" the girl says to me looking up at the ceiling.
*RING*
The bell. Lee immediately stood up and I got a closer look at her. Her top two buttons weren't buttoned in. She stood at a height of five feet and ten inches, five inches taller than me. She placed her jacket over her soft looking shoulder and began walking home.
"I didn't think you paid that much attention to me. A-and I wouldn't exactly call myself soft" I respond following her. Lee continued walking out of the class keeping a slow pace.
"Of course I paid attention. I'm not some dumbass, I sit right next to you"
"Yes of course... Well, you know my quirk, can I know yours?" I ask trying to start a conversation. Not many people are able to speak to Lee. So the fact I was walking with her without being waded off had already caused me to gain looks from some of my classmates. Some were of jealousy, others were of worry.
"...Natural disaster. It allows me to harness the powers of any disaster... But I only use lightning powers due to the rest of my abilities being too dangerous" she explains.
we walked through the main gate of the school and Lee started to look annoyed.
"*Sigh* why exactly are you following me? Just go home softie" she told me.
"Its ok, I could drip you off at the station"
"What?! How the hell do you know I go to the station?!" she shouted.
"You said it once when you were late to class. And I quote 'sorry about me being late, I missed the first train.' you're not the only one who pays attention" I grin back.
"Whatever, but you get on that train and I zap you" she threatened.
"Understood"
The two of us continued walking in complete silence. I tried to make conversation a few times, but each time Lee would respond with a sentence if I was lucky. By the time we were close to the station it was sunset. The beautiful orange sky closing down on us.
"The sky is beautiful isn't it?" I ask.
"Not as beautiful as you, pretty lady" an old man says while putting his arm around me.
"Sorry, but I'm not interested" I respond, trying to push his hand off of my shoulder. His grip got even tighter, his hand had oil all over probably from working on some sort of vehicle.
"Didnt you hear? She said to piss off!" Lee said coming to my aid. The man turned his head to her, he was going to speak but was cutoff by Lee punching him in his face.
"OWW!! You bitch!!" the man staggers back holding his nose.
"You just hurt my older brother?! I'm gonna teach you some manners!!" another man says from behind us. I didn't give him a chance to attack me or Lee and created a staff to defend myself. I hit him across his face making him fall down. He looked back up at me with blood dripping down from his nose.
"Damn! Guess you're not as soft as I thought!" Lee said excitedly.
"Whatever! Cmon let's leave these bitches!" the second man says getting up. He begins walking to a blue Mazarati, probably stolen.
He stops in his tracks as he notices the ground begin to move. After a few seconds, the car is sucked into a sinkhole never to be seen again.
"What the hell?! My car?!"
"Awwwww how unlucky" Lee smugly retorts.
The two of us then walk away to the train station just about a block away. The entire way there Lee had a large grin on her face and was giggling. This was a side of her I don't think anyone had ever seen.
"Haha! I didn't think you had it In you softie!" Lee laughs as the train arrives.
"This project's gonna be one hell of an experience!" she continues. She boards the train and then turns back to me.
"I'll see you tomorrow, Yaoyorozu" she smiles. I return her smile.
"Yes, I'll wait for you here in the morning. We can walk to school together" I tell her.
"... That sounds nice" she says giving the purest smile I've ever seen. The train doors closed with the train departing right after.
Little did I know, that day a strong friendship was created. A bond that would last longer than a lifetime was created. A bond that would be multi-generational.
Little did I know, that on that day, destiny would write itself.
