Time skipped.... to Izuku introduction! 😊(even tho this is a story but I feel bad for what might happen to them... enjoy)
(I worked really hard on this chapter, hope you enjoy)

It has been a few weeks into the school term and UA's dorms opened for students of the whole school. After the USJ incident, students from 1a got a lot of unwanted attention and started to think to highly of themselves, other than that everything was fine but no one knew what was about to happen. On Sunday afternoon, principal Nezu send out a message for all the students and teachers/staff saying that everyone is to be present tomorrow for assemble for a very important announcement.

Almost everyone from 1a was relaxing in the comma area when Mr. Aizawa came in and asked for everyone to come down for an announcement.
"Ok, attention everyone, I have a message from the Principal for all of you, pay attention" after that, he got everyone's attention.
"Dear students,
Tomorrow on Monday ** *** 20XX, everyone is to be present for assemble for an important announcement, I hope all of you behave and pay attention. This announcement that would be made could affect your future here at UA. Listen to your teachers for farther instructions, thank you for your time."

After Aizawa finished talking, everyone started to ask questions but Aizawa just cut them of.

"All your question will be answered tomorrow, Iida you are to make sure everyone follows the rule and behave tomorrow... and also, make sure everyone wears the uniforms properly" Aizawa glared at Bakugo, who just rolled his eyes and just left.

the next morning...

Class 1a found themselves on their way to the assemble where almost the whole school was present.
When everyone was here, Present Mic did a roll call for everyone, including teachers and other staff members. Students grew nervous and worried as to why everyone was called.
Soon after, the principal of UA, Nezu, stepped on to the stage to make his announcement and everyone got silent.

"Attention everyone, am I a bear/ a rat/ a mouse/ a dog? I am the principal of UA, Nezu and I am here to make an important announcement. I'm not going to waste your time so I will get to the point, starting from today.... we will be having a new member of staff and i hope you all behave and treat him with respect" Nezu said and glared at Bakugo and Monoma before continuing.

"I will like all of you to welcome the newest member of staff.... the analyzing hero: pro hero analytic a.k.a reflect, also known as Izuku Midoriya" Nezu announced and Izuku walked up on the stage as the students cheered.

Nezu raised his hand and silence everyone before speaking again.

"Reflect will be the assistant homeroom teacher and heroics teacher from now on, he will be swishing between class1a, 1b and other classes often, and is allowed to expel students and move them to other classes if he wants to. " Nezu continued, then motion for Izuku to talk.

Almost everyone got anxious about the chances of being moved to another class or even expelled. The attention in the room was so tick, you could also cut it.

"Right! Before we continue, if you have any questions you can ask now, please raise your hand." Izuku said and almost immediately, students raised their hands.

'Hmm looks like they can follow instructions-'

My thoughts were rudely interrupted by someone speaking without permission.

"Good day sir, Iida Tenya! Class representatives of class 1a, I woul-" I cut him of by speaking up.

"I said raise. Your. Hand, if you have a question.... I did not give you permission to talk, so kept quiet until I call on you...." I paused before continuing.

"I am not like your other teachers, I am here to train you all to be future hero's including the other classes, and I expect ALL OF YOU to listen, behave and pay attention because I will not hesitate to expel any of you and I do not care of you are a hero's child, rich or whatever... you all are here to get an education and to be hero's..." Izuku said almost threateningly. Everyone, and when I say everyone, I mean EVERYONE was speechless and the students including Monoma and Bakugo were actually terrified at the way he spoke.

"Now, questions?" Izuku/reflect asked the students innocently like he just did not threaten them. After that, he called on the pink girl with horns, Mina.

"Are you really a pro hero? if so, why have we not seen you on the news?"

"well, yes I am a pro hero and the reason I'm not on the news is because I prefer to do undercover work and missions... and in order to do that, it would be wise for the public to not always see my face." Reflect explained  before continued to answer questions.

"How long will you be teaching here?"

"I'm not sure... but I most likely think until the first years, which is you guys, graduate from this school, I don't know"
