The Trojan Horse

1st person POV:

"It's the second match of the Asia prelims, Japan vs Australia! Japan defeated Korea and desires to continue their winning streak, but with their ace stricker, Gouenji, absent, how will this affect their chances?"

"Guys, we represent Japan! No matter what difficulties are ahead of us, we have the power to overcome them! So let's win!" Endou gave us his little little pre-match speech and after that, we all scattered to stretch before the match's beginning. I was minding my own business when I heard the commentator explain that Australia was also know as 'Satans of the sun'...

"Haizaki are they your lost family members?"

"Never heard of them." deadpanned the tanned boy.

"Oh well that would have been comical." I smiled.

I after that ran to my position at Ichihoshi's side and observed the opponent team while waiting for the referee to whistle. Why does their captain's head hang on one side? Does he have a stiff neck or something? Maybe he should put on a neck brace, it would relieve him...

"So they're Australia..." trailed Asuto.

Haizaki sneered before saying "I'll crush them!", to what I replied "Haizaki, don't say that about your lost family!", making Hiroto make fun of Haizaki and said boy raging and screaming that they're not his lost family.

The referee after that whistled the beginning of the match. The ball was in our possession so we ran to the opposite side of the field as Asuto had the ball but soon, two of the Aussie players ran to my teammate and easily stole the ball... Well, Asuto gave them the ball.

I sprinted after the two who were soon blocked by Shirou who used his Ice Ground but the two dodged it really easily, to easily. Something fishy is going on. I slowed my paced and analyzed the team as they were going for the goal. Their captain used a hissatsu called Time Trance and Endou was really off time to get the ball and so, Australia scored the first goal.

"Unbelievable! Japan's ultimate guardian, Endou Mamoru, took a goal this easily!"

"Something's wrong." began Kazemaru. "Australia has something up their sleeve."

"They took the ball from me earlier without me knowing how it happened!" -Asuto.

"To me, it looked as if they teleported." -Kazemaru.

Without him knowing and as if they teleported huh? I might have an idea of what's going on but might get sure of it before bringing my science to the others. I gazed at coach who also looked at me with his usual smile.
