Waking up, not knowing where you are, having no memories of who you are or where you come from, where you're going or what's happing. In my opinion, scariest. shit. ever. All I know is that I'm trapped in a cage, and some boy that looks familiar to me is here as well. We approach something that looks like concrete slab trapdoors, and approaching fast. Thinking it'd be best to get as far back as I can into a corner, next thing you know it all goes black and I've passed out.
"Ugh. What the fuck just happened?" I ask myself. My eyes finally adjusted and I saw a bright light shining into the cage.
"Seeing as though you were knocked out for a while, I betting on you fainted due to the shock you were in." The boys voice replied, startling me a bit.
"Shit man. Let me just put my skin back on. You scared the living hell outta me." I yell but then quickly recollect myself.
"What's your name?" I asked the black haired boy.
"Isaac. What about you? What's your name?"
I go to reply but for some reason I don't remember my name. I should be able to because it's something that's important to me. "I uh...my name's uh...I don't know. Why can't I remember my name?" I started to panic when I couldn't remember my name.
"Hey. Hey. It's okay. It'll come back to you in a bit don't worry. Shh. It'll be alright." Isaac quietly said, comforting me and helping me calm down. "Thank you Isaac. I guess we better get out of this cage then." I whispered to him because I was still calming myself.
"Yeah we probably should. It looks as though its afternoon so we should definitely get out of here. You grab that end of the pole and aim it at the top of this and I'll push it upwards and try open it."
We grabbed the long pole, that looks as though it's used to build structures, and tried opening it. After a few hits the cage doors started to loosen then cage flew open and we pulled ourselves out of it.
"Finally." I groaned "For some reason that took longer than it should've." Frustrated whilst wiping my forehead I take a look at the place and figure, though it's quite obvious, we're trapped once again.
"Great just our luck." I sigh, "Guess we gotta get settled in then." Unpacking all the equipment and supplies that was bought up with us, I wondered where the hell I was and why I can't remember anything. Not my name or identity, not any memories. Nothing. My mind is completely blank, I don't even know how I ended up in that box, yet this Isaac boy can remember everything.
Night comes around and I look at what we've achieved in just a day. Isaac and I created one big hut, there's a downstairs area that we plan on making the kitchen and hangout area, and bathroom, whilst upstairs we have, for some reason, three bedrooms, mine Isaac's and a spare. Everything still needs to be worked on but it would do for now. I've also made plans on what else I can create. Isaac had also created a little storage place for he food, and together we made a place for the animals.
Whilst eating with Isaac in a nice place we found, I hear strange sounds and it triggered something in my mind. I suddenly remember what my name is. "Delilah." I mumble, "My names Delilah. Well that's one problem solved. Just a few hundred more to go." I chuckle a bit but then sigh, exhausted from the day.
"Well it's nice to meet you Delilah." Isaac chuckles and starts acting as though he didn't know me.
"Oh shush. I don't need your mockery right now." I reply with a bit of attitude as we burst into fits of laughter, "Alright, I'm going to head to bed thanks for helping me out man. Also can you quickly tell me what I look like?" I ask him this question only because I don't remember what I look like and I don't have a mirror.
"You've got long, straight black hair that has hints of blue on the tips of your hair, black eyes with bits of blue in the middle of the eye, semi high cheekbones with a nice heart shape face, a small figure and developing abs. Oh also you're tall. What about me?"
"Ok one that was very descriptive but thank you, and two, basically the same as me but you've got a little scar above your lip as though you got it in a fight. I think we might be siblings. Anywho." I walk back up to the hut with him and we go t but our rooms as we're both exhausted from the day. "Night brother!" I shout from my room.
"Night sister!" He shouts back.
I, half already asleep, get into the hammock. "Day one done. I guess that's something I gotta add to my 'to do list'. Create a calender and clock." I roll my eyes and drift off to sleep.
