Chaos has always followed Xylina. She enjoys it, she believes it makes her stronger. It's hard to be weak when there's no one to weaken you. She depends on only herself, she puts herself first. Until 100 prisoners are sent to the ground to survive on their own. All council members turn to her, it is her job to keep them alive. Her priority is not with the other prisoners, but with herself.
