3rd Person P.O.V
The Impala pulls up to a grocery store in a Chinatown like residence. Dean parks the car and climbs out, pulling out a piece of paper to check the address. "Oh, you've got to be kidding me." He grumbled, looking at the store in front of him.

He walks inside, going up to the first employee's he see, which is of a man cutting up meat. "Hi, I'm, uh, looking for..." Dean started but was interrupted by the employee. "Follow all the way back." He said and Dean points towards the back of the store.

"All the way back." The employee said again and Dean goes to the back of the store. As he leaves, the employee presses a button on the side of the counter, signaling his arrival.

Dean enters an apartment building and takes a series of steps up. As he climb the stairs, Dean places his hand on the railing, only to immediately take it off and sees his hand is now filthy. He wipes his hand clean on his jacket, continuing to climb the stairs.

An older man with a beard, wearing glasses and a doctors coat comes out of one of the apartments to greet him. "Dean Winchester?" He said and Dean eyes him for a moment. "You must be Dr. Robert?" He said and the man laughs, walking over to him.

"Son, I stitched up your daddy more times than I can count, let me tell you." Dr. Robert said, patting Dean's shoulders, then placing both hands on his cheeks. "Oh, it's good to see you. 'Course, that was ages ago, back when, uh, I still had my medical license." He said and Dean smiles, nervously making a little oh sound.

"Right this way." Dr. Robert said, signaling him to follow. "Well, you know, I'm, uh, I'm no germ freak, but..." Dean muttered. "Rent's cheap." Dr. Robert said and they enter the doctor's office.

"Eva, my assistant." Dr. Robert said, gesturing to a dark hair woman, wearing a black shirt and leather pants, with a silver chain attach to her belt. "Hi." Dean greeted but Eva says nothing as she prepares the equipment.

"Hop right up." Dr. Robert said, patting the exam table. "N-now, you... you have, uh, done this a lot?" Dean asked, nervously. "Oh, many, many times." Dr. Robert replied. "And your... success rate?" Dean asked.

"Oh, excellent... almost 75%. So, should we get the, uh, preliminaries out of the way?" Dr. Robert asked. "Yeah. Uh, yeah, right." Dean said and he hand's Dr. Robert an envelope of money, which the doctor was happy to take.

"Oh. Uh... So... listen, if, uh, something..." Dean muttered, taking off his jacket and taking a seat on the table. "Goes wrong?" Dr. Robert asked, putting the envelope of money away. "Yeah. Uh... Would you mail this for me, please?" Dean asked, and he hands Dr. Robert a letter addressed to Ben.

"Sure. Would've thought you had something for your brother, Sam." Dr. Robert said. "If I don't make it back, nothing I say is gonna mean a damn thing to him." Dean said. "What about that girl you're always with?" Dr. Robert asked. "She always knows. She's one of the reasons why I'm here."

Eva then shoves Dean down onto his back and inserts an IV needle, making Dean yelp out in pain. "Don't be a baby." She said. "You know, a little bedside manner would be nice." Dean told her.

"Are we ready?" Dr. Robert asked, holding up a syringe. Eva moves away and the doctor takes her place at Dean's side. "You've got three minutes." He said, taking the IV tube. Eva stands on the other side of Dean, taking his wrest and starting a watch with her other hand.

Dr. Robert inserts the syringe into the tube and the machine monitoring Dean's heart rate starts beeping faster until it flatlines and Dean fell back, dead. "No pulse, no sinus rhythm." Eva said. "He's dead." Dr. Robert said.

In the Spirit World so-to-speak, Dean walks up and sees his dead body on the table. "Good times." He muttered and he leaves the room. He walks back out to the convenience store, standing in the middle of it. "This better work. Messorum evoco qui me tetigit."
