I checked the time on the small clock placed on my beside table, it was 11pm and I heard the front door open. A few seconds after hearing the door I saw a tired Albedo enter the room quietly, I assumed he was sneaking about in case I was asleep. 

I sat up looking at him with a frowning expression drawn upon my face. "Where were you?" I asked taking him somewhat by surprise.

"Oh your up.." He paused. "Sorry I'm late Y/N, work was awful and I got held up." He said as he walked into our wardrobe getting into some comfier, sleep appropriate clothing.

"Whatever.." I laid back down over my side of the bed looking away from the wardrobe in which he had now come out of. I felt the other side of the bed sink slightly as Albedo got in beside me.

I shuffled over more towards my side, I didn't feel like cuddling him tonight. "Don't be mad Y/N.." His voice sounded sort of hurt. "Please?" I didn't budge.

"You could've at least texted me." I mumbled. Although I couldn't see his face I could hear some sort of regret in his voice when he spoke.

"I'm sorry Y/N. I am, really. Please don't be mad at me." A felt a tinge of regret as he said his apology, it was sincere and he very obviously didn't want me to be mad. Or even mean to make me mad. 

I sighed not saying anything, instead I turned over facing him. As I thought, his eyes had regret flowing through them and he looked sad. "Fine.. text me next time. I got worried." 

His eyes lit up when I accepted his apology. "Thank you, I'll text you next time." He faintly smiled laying down my comfortably.

I felt his arm snake around my waist as he pulled me towards him. Pale blush grew across my cheeks. "Your cute when you blush." His voice was just above a whisper, even though it was dark he could still see the blush on my cheeks and I could see his beautiful blue coloured eyes.

The silence that had occurred wasn't an awkward one, it was peaceful. I suddenly felt Albedos soft pale skinned hand cup my cheek, his soft lips kissing mine gently.

I kissed him back with no hesitation, sinking into the kiss my eyes closing. We soon parted and I laid my head on his chest, hearing his heart beat. 

He nuzzled his head in between my neck and shoulder. "Goodnight Y/N, I love you." His voice was muffled but clear.

"Goodnight, I love you too." I whispered, falling asleep peacefully in the arms of my lover.
